എനിക്ക് വന്നിരുന്നു ഇത് നെറ്റിയിൽ ആട്ടിൻപാലിൽ എള്ള് അരച്ച് ദിവസവും ഇട്ടിട്ടാണ് എനിക്ക് മാറിയത് ദിവസവും അരക്കണം ആട്ടിൻ പാൽ ഒരാഴ്ച ഫ്രിഡ്ജിൽ വയ്ക്കാം. ഞാൻ മെയ്ക്കപ്പ് ഇടാറില്ലായിരുന്നു. പാൽ തിളപ്പിക്കരുത് പച്ചപ്പാൽ ആണ് വേണ്ടത്. കിട്ടിയില്ലെങ്കിൽ പശുവിൻ പാൽ ആകാം. ഒരുമിച്ച്അരച്ച് വയ്ക്കരുത്. എനിക്ക് നെറ്റിയിൽ മാത്രമായിരുന്നു.

Hi Aswathy, sometimes these problems may not be related with skin diaeases. Because as we have discoloration we usually think only that possibility. Can you go to a good govt. Medical college to consult with an experienced and updated physician...
He/she may be able to find the root cause ( sometimes it may be as simple as vitamin deficiency and sometimes it may need to consult with some other departments like neurology).
From my experiences, I think govt. Doctors (experienced as well as updated) in medical colleges can direct you in the right way like to whom we have to consult .

I am going through the same situation..diagnosed with auto immune disorder 2 year back..in my experience hormone plays a major role..this symptom will worse at the time of ovulation and once the onset of period this will automatically subside for next 10 to 12 days.i have severe burning, itchy, pigmented skin during this time period.

People will say color of skin is not important, it’s important when it looks damaged. The Ashy look makes you look tired and careless. In professional settings it’s a discussion topic . If it can be fixed by all means do it . You have to give it time. I started getting it after and during my first pregnancy.please check with a good dermatologist before trying.
I have the same condition, started in 2016. Affected face, neck and forearms. Detected as auto immune, LPP. Different treatments done, including laser and peels. Temporary relief only. Now just using sunscreen and moisturiser

Hi Aswathy, i am also facing the same issue on face, sun exposure aanu karanam ennu paranju,eppol one year aakunnu , eppo small improvement undu, doctors palathum paranju, alukalde questioning aanu sahikan vayyathe, i dont use any make up also , only difference is i am more aged than you, i cam understand your feeling more than anyone else😊

My daughter who is 5 years had a similar issue.It was diagnosed as Hashimotos thyroiditis. Doctor said it was an autoimmune response most probably triggered by covid exposure. She is on thyroxine medication now. Not sure if its the same problem for you dear but you could check with an endocrinologist to rule it out. Take care dear.

I could relate to your video and could feel the pain as I have been through the same situation. I don’t use makeup, but was not using sunscreen either. Just like you said a grayish tone appeared and tried many creams prescribed by dermatologists. I gave up all of them and started researching. Hi Mam ... I am too facing the same condition since a year. Recently , I saw a video by Dr Manoj Johnson in which he said to avoid proteins from the diet for 15 days and check if we can notice any change.. and this worked for someone with the same condition it seems.

Makeup ഇടുമ്പോൾ അല്പം protection കിട്ടാറുണ്ട്.. Food pattern തെറ്റിയാൽ ഒരു external application ഉം work ചെയ്യാറില്ല..
