I have to wonder if you can add people in instance now or do you still have to wait when your out?
but do you disappear to the blacklisted player as well?
no. they can still see you and follow you

this will only make the game worse. you thought roulettes were soulless hallway simulators before? wait til this is implemented. may as well play with all npcs at this point
