In indonesia pulut called ketan and always eat with roasted coconut and sugar , i think eat with Kaya jam/Srikaya it's famous in semenanjung 👍
In Malaysia, we called it as Pulut Tai Tai which is eaten with kaya. The kaya must be equally good as the pulut
