Looooove your vids! You should show more recipes like this!^^ (i like how the kueh itself is both peranakan yet vegan friendly as well 🙆🙆🙆) I recently turned vegan; plant based with no dairy & meat. (due to health issues) and I really miss eating nonya food!:( really look forward to more videos from you, and I hope there will be videos that are peranakan which are vegan friendly ^^
Such a pretty dish! I love anything which contains coconut milk or cream. Thank you Grace. P.S. I hope you sorted out the issue of your videos being stolen. Good luck dear. :)
oh, are you living in germany? I am, and I wonder where to get the pandan leaves.. do you have any tips? I'd really like to try the coconut jam. all your dishes look soo delicious!!! (:
uyen hong I left it in room temperature. But be careful to not leave it in a hot area as there is coconut milk and coconut milk turns bad easily. So, if you want to be extra careful, store it in the fridge and once you want to eat it, steam it for 5-10 minutes and it will be soft again ^^
I have never tried this before but i imagine not too long because it is rice and with all rice, if you keep it too long it will become hard and dry so i think max 3 days
Eileen Low try covering the pulut with plastic wrap..the plastic wrap should stick to the pulut..it helps slowing down loss of moisture..if the pulut dries a bit, you could steam it lightly or spinkle some water on it an microwave it for a few seconds to a minute..

does anyone knows where to buy butterfly pea flowers in Singapore?
Hello,
You said that you left cooked glutinous rice in the pan over night. Where did you store it? In room temperature or in fridge?
uyen hong I left it in room temperature. But be careful to not leave it in a hot area as there is coconut milk and coconut milk turns bad easily. So, if you want to be extra careful, store it in the fridge and once you want to eat it, steam it for 5-10 minutes and it will be soft again ^^
thank you
whether to enter into a refrigerator in one night?
Hi was just curious, does the flowers need to be dried or can I use the freshly plucked flowers? Thank you :)
Freshly plucked flowers can be used too
Where to get butterfly pea flowers? Is there any online shop or etc that I can get? Can't find it here in Sarawak. :(
Use blue colouring.
