Thanks to subscriber ToxicBarf14 (I demand to know how 13 other folks got that user name before you!) for suggesting that we spend some time focusing on Consumables! We've taken a first step here with Damage Management items - describing what they do (DCP and RP) and how best to use them! Plenty of more topics to cover on other areas (Vision with Radar & Sonar, Smoke, etc, etc!) if people find this video useful. Thanks to any and all viewers (old and new) for checking it out! Here is the link to the Repair Party video from WG that I touched on, as well... ua-cam.com/video/mG1iSVIqmC4/v-deo.html. Lot's of math going on behind the scenes in World of Warships!
Amazing video Vann. You really put time into when you should use a damage control party or when you a health consumable. I really enjoy how you keep showing bits of video clips of actual examples of what you are talking about during the video. It is very informative and will definitely help clear up the confusion for many people with this tricky subject. :)
Thanks, Dark! I won't say how long I troll through my own replay archive to find those little bits - but there is something true to the point of "show, don't tell," right? Thanks for watching and hope your internship continues to go well!
@@VannKrakenGaming I am sure you spend quite a lot of time for those perfect clips, probably many days with a couple hours here or there. My internship has been going amazing so far, I am making a big impact already.
As I mentioned before, my internship led straight into my full time job at a company that changed the trajectory of my life in an amazing way! Glad to hear that it is turning out to be what you hoped.
@@VannKrakenGaming that is awesome to hear. I am hoping that works as well and is why I am trying to get as many internships and experience I can get to make myself as competitive as possible.
Excellent video VK, glad I was able to help with ideas and guess what I will definitely be more patient when carriers focus me. As far as my name TOXICBARF14, well it is what I used my one name change for my new Xbox 360 profile, back in 2011. I was 14 then (yea 10 years crazy) and my philosophy was the same then as it is now. No one can rage at the guy with the funny name 😎👍
See - there is always even more depth behind a name once you peel back the onion! Hey - thanks again for the idea on this and I will be exploring some of the other Consumables for sure when me (or my clone?) gets the time!
How do I use the general repair consumable? It just shows left on the d pad on the controller but it won’t do anything with I click it in battle… What am I doing wrong?
That’s all you should have to do. You might want to double check your controller settings menu and make sure they didn’t get switched by accident? Also, you won’t be able to activate the repair party unless your ship has taken damage. Hope you can find the fix!
