- A quick video showing how to repair the busted AC or “hvac” controls where they mount into your OBS Ford F-150 F-250 F-350 and Ford Bronco 92-96. The repair bracket is riveted in and allows your controls to be securely mounted back into the dash.

hey! i’ve got a 1990 bronco and the selectors are the bars and not circles. you wouldn’t happen to have a video working on those do you? The temperature controls are stuck where they are, but the vent controls move. only thing is air will ONLY come out of defrost! 🤦♀️🤦♀️ if you have any advice i’ll take it!!

Another great video Chris. In regards to your video on replacing the innards of the tailgate. I have replaced the side guides, the window brackets and slider guides, along with the nylon slide knobs.
The glass slides in and out freely but when I attach it to the assembly
… the motor bogs down at the half way point until it’s five inches from the fully closed position. Then it runs smoothly again.
I greased the cam gear before I assembled the works and it is the original motor and gear.
It acts the same way wether the gate is open or closed.
Any tips on getting it to run smooth?
I’ve watched your three part tailgate video a dozen times and I know it is assembled like your video shows.

Are you sure it’s not being hung up on wires? How clean is your actual regulator. I have removed motors before and there was so much friction on the regulator arms that once the motor was removed it did not snapshut

I don’t sell them. The video I made showing the install- they were the premium seals from Jeffs Bronco Graveyard. Keep in mind with all seals you need to wait about two or three months for them to settle in - resist the urge to adjust your door striker.

Very simple. They are same as cluster. There are 2. Pull out the controls like in this video. Twist the black bulb holders. Swap with led bulbs and reassemble.
