Can't praise you enough for quality of explaining how to do it. I can't remember when or if, I ever, saw a video that good, that simple to understand and that easy to follow.
Nice job buddy, I appreciate the detail you are putting in to these videos. I'm binge watching them right now, I have a 1993 Red Ford Lightning that I just love 👍
Very helpful. Thank you. I've got a F350 and I've already watched several of your other great videos to fix, what seem to be, common issues on these old Ford's. Keep up the good work!!
Your videos are awesome. My search for an OBS Ford just ended with purchasing a 96 F350 CC 4x4. I'll be able to use quite a bit of the info you've provided across your video collection. Thanks for the help.
Can you do a video on removing the plastic cover that covers the instrument cluster? I have so much dirt and debris between the cover and the cluster and I’m not sure if it’s just remove the screws and screen and clean or if there’s some hidden nightmares behind it
Thanks for the great info. does anyone know where to buy the felt clips and rubber tabs for the back of the bezel? For some reason most of mine are missing.
87-96 Ford Bronco/ OBS Ford F-Series Bucket Seat Cushion is on sale for $135 plus ship. Will not fit 40/20/40 (these are in preorder status) I take Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Cashapp or mail me a check. Great video's they been lots of help. My dad has the 96 eddie and lately its been one thing or other lol. Maybe you will have a video on the overhead temperature computer display
Thank you for this detailed instruction to mitigate damage to the parts. I have a 97 F-250 I purchased and the prior owner busted this bezel and it makes noise when driving. I also have screws missing that hold my lever in the dash and it just sits inside. Can you tell me the size of the screws that attach the paddle switch to the back of the dash bezel. Mine missing there. Also, do you know the size of the screws behind the two horizontal bars that hold the bezel to the dash. I am replacing the dash bezel and and going to the store to buy the screws. Thank you!
I appreciate the video as it helped me greatly with the bezel removal on my 1994 XLT. DO you have a video on how to replace the 4x4 and low range switches?
Awesome! Thank you!!! How about a video on the dash lights. About half of mine are out, but who needs to know how fast you're going in the dark anyways 🤷🏼♀️😁
Disconnect the steering shaft on the hood. Then on the inside of the vehicle, you’ll want to unscrew five or six 3/8 self tappers that hold the base of the steering column into the firewall. You’ll have to remove the column trim and your shifter arm indicator cable. Then 4 bolts on a silver aluminum bracket under dash. Then yank it out.
Great video. I had to remove the column cover on my 92 F250 to check od wires on the shift lever because of limp mode. My bezel was on loosely so I'll check out your other video on how to repair the clips. Oh, and just subscribed
Before I could get the screw driver to remove the switch the casing snap off before could even begin from pulling out slightly Do you have a replacement plastic cluster in stock?
@@BroncosandPartsGarage ok I’ll try this first and see how it goes the rear window switch one busted so see if I can build it back up to support it with your fix Thanks

Hi again can you recommend which light bulbs, to replace on cluster that are the safety ones to replace since have it out and doing the LED for the 11 lights ? Thanks
Remove it. Gets some jb weld epoxy. Slice up a credit card as a binder over crack. Epoxy from the backside over the cc strips. Make sure the seam is tight. Or buy one from me.
Dash bezel's for OBS F150 are readily available, Have you ever tried to modify "cut in the defrost button" to a F150 dash bezel? So it will fit a OBS 94 Bronco?
The switch is pretty strong. When you push the screwdriver in the slot push the blade of the screwdriver towards you. You’re just releasing a small tension clip. As a last resort you can just pull it straight off. The switch is pretty durable
If ya need a truck for more content, let me know, i have a 1996 F-250 7.3 diesel that needs some tender loving care, but i think its worth saving. A failed neck and back surgery sort of limits my abilities. That was my attempt at tugging on your heart strings😳👌
My whole deal here went crazy, Now have over full reading, temperatures all the way up, the oil presser all the way over, Battery’s charge is dead on 0-, told could be a ground, cleaned all I could find, What happened was moving it on a trailer and forgot to put in gear and front wheels rolled off end of trailer and bottom out on frame, Any ideal what happed anyone
Is there no source on the entire planet for a new dash? Anything from the 90's will be just like mine, the top 4 mounting points will be either weakened or broken from the sun coming through the windshield and 30 years of vibration. This is simply driving me crazy trying to find one; you can't. Any experience you might have would be appreciated.

You can. Just get small screwdriver. It’ll release the spring clip on the light knob

Yes. It’s actually really straightforward. Three tiny little clips hold it into place. It just slides onto the column.
Have you ever pulled the entire dash?
Yes. It’s very simple and takes about 20 minutes once the steering column has been dropped.
Do you know how to fix the overhead consoles?
Yes, email me. You can send it too me and we can fix and ship back.
