@BroncosandPartsGarage Done! The door panel came off just as you showed, I riveted sheet metal unto the door and secured the door handle to that, and it works like new. Thanks.

Hi, how's your progress going I have a 96 bronco and I'm the same don't know cars but wanna get into it
Whoever had my 95 bronco before me decided to take the screw from the switch bezel and drill it into the panel beside the padding 🤨 then filled the area around the bezel with glue. These videos have been extremely helpful even with my bronco's fun little surprises

Thank you for taking a second to point out where the christmas tree plugs are on the back of the door. Bunch of other videos I watched just yanked the panel off and ended the video, but since the plastic in these trucks is getting more and more brittle with time, it's good to know where I need to focus the pulling.

No, you can pop the lens off. The bulbs Are identical to your instrument cluster, and air conditioning control bulbs. It’s a great time to replace them with LEDs. I have a listing for the bulbs in my cluster LED replacement video

Hey Chris, you talk about riveting the window felt to the door panel. Could you explain that in any more detail? I only have 2-3 tabs to work with since the others are broken off and the window felt doesn't hold on top of the panel very well. Also do you recommend your JB weld fix for instances where the door is cracked or the screw has been tightened through the door?

Thanks for the tutorial. I have a 96 f150. And the driver side door handle just quit working. It’s like it jammed or something. Won’t hardly move. Opens from the outside ok. Question is before I take the door panel off I probably need some parts to replace what ever is causing the handle mechanism not to open from the inside. Have you come across this problem? Thanks again for sharing.
There is a piece of metal behind the handle and it’s a common issue to fatigue and tear. Jeffs Bronco Graveyard sells a repair bracket. I will definitely take your door panel off and look. I did make a video for that. You can still drive and operate your vehicle with the door panel off
Hey Chris. Could you tell me what size/type screw holds the very top corner of the door panel on. Both of mine are missing and it seems like it takes a longer screw than the rest.

I have to replace the felt window gaurds, the outer one leaks a drib of water into the door then onto the floorboard sill plate. Just finished restoring my panels.

Hey Chris my clips on the top of the door panel broke. So when I roll the window up on. My 95 the plastic sweep comes up with it. Does that mean I need a new panel right? The clip that is broken is the clip on the door panel

Is that factory backing material? If not, where’d you get it?
The batting is stock. You can buy better insulation at stores. Always replace the vapor barrier if u tear it. I get them from donor cars

i just found your videos and they are great. In this video you mention you are doing something with the window seal clips. Can you show that? I installed new window inner and outer seals and they will NOT clip back down. I'd like to see what you did on that. thank you

My 95 f350 rear passenger door panel came off but now it wont line up to screw back in
Make sure you’re lifting up on your door handle and sliding it through the whiskers as you place it back down onto the top of the door where your window sweeps are
