I dumped him first - then he hovered and came back, and planned a supposedly cruel dump to me. When he didn't hear from me ( calling, whining, crying, pleading) - he decided to send a fishing email to me, telling me if I had tried to phone him his burner phone was gone. I replied to his email telling him I erased his number a week ago, and further more, do not send me any more emails. I ended saying "vaya con Dios". He stalked me in his car for a few days, but finally disappeared.
I Facebook messaged a female covert narc who kept trying to trigger me 4 1/2 yrs ago. When I reached out to her husband aka my former best friend 2 months later, he informed me they saved my non-threatening message in case they needed to go to the police since they felt I was harassing them 😕 and smear campaigned me to others I didn't think about it at all...but hearing what Mrs. Rebecca said in this video and past videos was true. ANYTHING you sent them can be a potential trial exhibit (and they like trying to get people arrested).
Boy you are not lying!! The man I've been with for now 10 years, and I'm on my way out right now, literally call the police, and told them, that while in a argument, he got cut. This small cut he had was a cut he accidentally got, when he grazed, his forearm, up against cuticle cutters I had in my hand. After he cut himself, I was empathetic, and he held up his arm and said, "You cut me, I'm calling the police". OMG, I was so offended & hurt that he said that. So I informed him that he is a lier, and really I should be me calling the police on him, for how he treated me 3 nights ago. After me saying this. He starts to literally dial 911, so I felt the need to call first, before he called & made a false police report. (Although I should had allowed him to do that) but I call & they come, and they all seemed to be in his corner, then after one officer tells me, that my common law husband isn't going to press charges against me, but that they are because of that scratch on his arm that HE accidentally caused himself.. I couldn't believe what was happening, even now reiterating it, almost puts me in tears. This happened in front of my 2 children. Then get this**** He comes and bails me out, he had to tell the bail bonds man the truth, to bail me out!!! Omg, these people are the CRAZY ones.. for sure. If I had more of a support group, I would be long gone from this psyco path. I'm working hard to get out. But yes they love calling the police.

The funny thing is our whole circle called me crazy & used all the terminology on me that I wasn't familiar with(gaslight,grey rock, red flag) then I heard my narc yelling "I'm not crazy" one day & I just laughed in my head cuz I know the truth. Smh damn psycho

I refused to argue with my ex husband & it made him nuts. He could not bully me because I grew up with a narc. He would say "your like a little man". What he really meant to say "I can't bully you. He just didn't count.
Some types would only pick on people who they think are weaker to bully. They are actually insecure and cowardly weak inside. Use bullying to cover up.

She tried getting a restraining order against me. I kept all my texts and emails. She tried contacting me during the temporary order, I reported it immediately. I got an attorney to have it removed. 2 days before court, she had it dismissed. I went no contact and she's tried on multiple occasions to get into contact with me. I thought she didn't wanna talk to me anymore? LOL. Revenge is a dish best served cold.
SLAYED! My neighbour - a malignant cunning babbling narcissist - tried to play me when she moved in. I helped her settle in - put screens up on her balcony, laid, linoleum, fixed this created that. She took full advantage, tried to sabotage my work, started to belittle me and assume I was her personal on-call servant. She threw a tantrum when I would not respond immediately to texts or door knocks. She told tenants and neighbours I threw the tantrum, was a monster etc, had a meeting with them to demonise me and even invited police to attend. She then went overboard to bait and provoke me into a reaction so she could claim victimhood and have me charged; slammed doors like gunshots, dragged heavy iron chairs around the balcony, mimicked me use of faucets etc. Luckily I was aware of what she is and never responded even as she drove me crazy. She started stalking me too. I have kept meticulous Journals and compiled a synopsis of all the acts she has visited on me. She continues her fixated campaign and I know she will never stop trying to destroy me. It's annoying, but I forsee the day when her desperate attempts will just go too far and then I'll snap the trap shut on her. I consider her utterly evil, there's no other word for it.
Yes, they retaliate if you don’t allow them to have total control. I too have a neighbor that has made advances only to no avail. Videos like this have helped me to keep him at a safe distance for the most part. God bless you 🙏🏻🕊

One might dream of reacting this way: when you get struck with an uppercut in a boxing match and then counterpunch your opponent each time, your opponent will learn not to trigger you (or give that uppercut) because you'll hit them hard where it hurts (a form of operant conditioning in psychology -- a method of learning that employs rewards and punishments for behavior). So, it's acceptable to be "triggered." Simply strike them where it hurts the most, not physically, but with your carefully chosen educated words to teach them a lesson. That's what revenge could look like in a dream. But do not try this in reality. Ms. Zung's approach is much more likely to get the job done.
my malignant narc mom did tons of hurtful stuff to me and non-stop spread rumors about me, force me to crawl back to her. so i decided to tell all her nasty stuff to my most busybody gossiper auntie(who was her flying monkey) to let her mouth do the talking. I worked wonders. Now her highly precious image went down the drain and both of the don't talk to each other anymore. Use the narc's own weapon(busybody aunties) against them.

I have forgiven myself for staying in a toxic marriage for 24 years, as the cognitive dissonance was so confusing and I only recently realized what narc husband was doing to me and the children. I have forgiven myself, but my adult children are blaming me for their trauma. Any advice on how to make their eyes open on who was the perpetrator?
Time. Get away ans live your best life. Some of your kids might be narcs, others might be codependents. Once Dad lets them down, and tget wake up, only then they will see the truth.

What do I do if it's a pastor at a recovery church who tells you to ignore an addict ex who sends a letter form jail when that pastor was booted from a traditional church for alcoholism, has openly admitted to being in treatment 3 times, who leads celebrate recovery, who has a wife struggling with codependency, who adores newcomers (especially vulnerable girls in treatment centers), who supports organizations of peer supporters like Jail Chaplin's & Redemption Road (meant to help lessen inmates from going back to jail/prison) & when most of those who attended this "recovery" church are a sincere support to me with my recovery efforts...?
I'm still learning but it seems the best way is to get out and find connections and renew yourself. These people are such garbage and manipulators so they can easily sway things to their benefit if you stay around them. My narc turned several people on me and their flying monkeys were so tight lipped when I asked questions so I eventually did the same but kept getting dirty looks when a smear campaign was going on
My daughter dad is a narcissist and he recently tried to hoover me back in but with a lot of conditions. I wasn't able to take advantage for him to sign as his conditions were unrealistic. What do I do in that type of situation. Is our faith to go to trial

Please help me. 🙏 I've been unemployed since I graduated 2 years ago. It's because of the pandemic which my narcissistic mother is using to control me. I took education course in my university but I was just forced by my mother to take it because it was a frustrated dream of hers. I really want to be a police but I know she will destroy my dream. She wants me to be a teacher next year but I'm planning to be a police next year. I don't have money to leave the house nor relatives or friends to help because she destroys every relationship of mine. I was about to kill her out of anger but I saw my brother and got back to my senses. Now my narc mom is using silent treatment. I really want to end this suffering. One might dream of reacting this way: when you get struck with an uppercut in a boxing match and then counterpunch your opponent each time, your opponent will learn not to trigger you (or give that uppercut) because you'll hit them hard where it hurts (a form of operant conditioning in psychology -- a method of learning that employs rewards and punishments for behavior). So, it's acceptable to be "triggered." Simply strike them where it hurts the most, not physically, but with your carefully chosen educated words to teach them a lesson. That's what revenge could look like in a dream. But do not try this in reality. Ms. Zung's approach is much more likely to get the job done.
my malignant narc mom did tons of hurtful stuff to me and non-stop spread rumors about me, force me to crawl back to her. so i decided to tell all her nasty stuff to my most busybody gossiper auntie(who was her flying monkey) to let her mouth do the talking. I worked wonders. Now her highly precious image went down the drain and both of the don't talk to each other anymore. Use the narc's own weapon(busybody aunties) against them.

2. Don’t take the bait (don’t get into the mud they will gather “evidence” against you
3. Stand your ground
4. Don’t allow them to move goalpost
5. Grab the opportunity when they are hovering (move quick to what you want)
6. Use your leverage
7. Never let them get away with anything
8. Get everything in writing (keep records)
9. Forgive yourself (whatever happened happened you can’t change it they are master observers with a goal to manipulate)
10. Walk away don’t look back (wipe them out of your life completely)
I have forgiven myself for staying in a toxic marriage for 24 years, as the cognitive dissonance was so confusing and I only recently realized what narc husband was doing to me and the children. What do I do if it's a pastor at a recovery church who tells you to ignore an addict ex who sends a letter form jail when that pastor was booted from a traditional church for alcoholism, has openly admitted to being in treatment 3 times, who leads celebrate recovery, who has a wife struggling with codependency, who adores newcomers (especially vulnerable girls in treatment centers), who supports organizations of peer supporters like Jail Chaplin's & Redemption Road (meant to help lessen inmates from going back to jail/prison) & when most of those who attended this "recovery" church are a sincere support to me with my recovery efforts...?

I'm still learning but it seems the best way is to get out and find connections and renew yourself. These people are such garbage and manipulators so they can easily sway things to their benefit if you stay around them. My narc turned several people on me and their flying monkeys were so tight lipped when I asked questions so I eventually did the same but kept getting dirty looks when a smear campaign was going on

Please help me. 🙏 I've been unemployed since I graduated 2 years ago. It's because of the pandemic which my narcissistic mother is using to control me. I took education course in my university but I was just forced by my mother to take it because it was a frustrated dream of hers. I really want to be a police but I know she will destroy my dream. @@MrsNsf74 actually last December 24, 2021 I had a breakdown because of my mom. She saw how mad I am to her. I got full so I lashed out all the pain of the past years. I was about to kill her out of anger but I saw my brother and got back to my senses. Now my narc mom is using silent treatment. I really want to end this suffering.
