    That's pretty much the recipe. I blend my flaxseed/linseed first dry to crush the seeds so the oil is accessible for absorption. Also lately I've been adding some unsweetened almond milk for flavour & a little ginger for a variation in taste.

      Hey Thomas! Freut mich auch! :) Im moment sehr unterschiedlich - am liebsten ersetze ich die letzte Mahlzeit des Tages, entlastet meinen trägen Magen sehr :D. Wie ist es bei dir?

      😀😀 ich wechsle zwischen
      Mittag und Abend, aber auch mehr abends 👍 finde es auch gut, dass man sich nicht zu viele Gedanken für das Kochen machen muss. Was isst du dann mittags bzw. als deine andere Mahlzeit(en)? 😃

    I think in her latest appearance in chef aj's channel, she said she changed it to cruciferous greens, not any leafy greens. For example, kale is a cruciferous and i think she said that's better

      @sabri6151  Рік тому +2

      That’s interesting, in all the other videos + in her books she equals cruciferous vegetables and leafy greens. I personally prefer kale way more aswell because it’s lower in oxalates, but it’s way harder to find. How is it for you? Do you have easy access to kale?

      @Sabri the green kale is easy to find but it's so bitter. You eat that one? I know she said red kale is the tasty one but I couldn't find it yet

      It's cruciferous or dark leafy like spinach. No lettuce.

    I would add that when you put the greens into the blender, pack it down tight so you get more in. Dr. Goldner says to do this. Also, I would veer away from spinach completely as it is extremely high oxalate - and is a completely unnecessary food to consume when we have nice alternatives. Oxalates are in fact a problem, and not just for kidney stones - it is becoming a widespread problem causing mystery inflammation in a lot of people. A lot of people simply remove all the medium to high oxalate foods and they begin healing from that alone. Dr. Goldner thinks oxalates are a non issue for the most part and only related to kidney health, but for a lot of people it is a MAJOR problem and causes inflammation all over the body. Oxalate crystals are like microscopic shards of glass that the body eventually cant deal with properly especially with a ravaged gut, damaged liver and kidney and low supply of calcium/magnesium (which is most people). Some people react to it during childhood and get things like arthritis by the time they are in their teens, others can go 50+ years before they show symptoms of oxalate poisoning. The symptoms of it are endless and can essentially cause or mimic just about any disease including endocrine disorders and auto-immune conditions. Also, chia seeds are high oxalate so if you can tolerate flax seeds or oil I would use that instead as flax is low oxalate.
