Welcome to my channel. Thank you for joining me while I make pineapple by - Polynesian style! The ingredients are down below.
Crust:
2 3/4 cups of all purpose flour
3/4 cup of sugar
1/2 cup cup of melted unsalted butter
2 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup of milk

How long do you leave the first version in the oven ??
I leave it for about 25 minutes . I would recommend checking it every 3 minutes after the 18 minute mark because ovens can vary in heat. And you don’t want the dough to dry out. You can do the stick check in the areas with no jam. If it comes out clean then your good to go.
