Ingredients:
2 & 3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 bar butter 200 grams (room temp.)
6 tbsp cold water
divide into 2 then put in ref. for 1 hour
1 large pineapple
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tbsp water
pineapple
dash of cinnamon
baste with egg
bake in preheated oven at 180° for 40-45 minutes
or until golden brown.
cool down for 1 hr. then put in ref for 2-3 hrs.
ready to serve!😉

I use to go to a restaurant in LA that had the best pineapple pie but they no longer have it so Im going to try your recipe. Your pie is beautiful I hope I can make it ! Wish me luck!!!!

when you say 1 bar of butter do you mean the 1C size?
the butter that i used is 200 grams/bar. i think 1 cup of butter is equivalent to 225 grams. thank you for visiting my channel.
If I use can pineapple instead how many cans?

That's too much pineapple for me,, i want it but few pineapples only,, what should i add or put??
