I love this video. I looked up pineapple pie because I'm craving it, I want to learn it and it's almost a year since my mum passed. Man your mother reminds me exactly of mines. The way she talks, her personality, her height lol and how she explained everything. Funny thing I wouldn't have thought yous were tongan but when mum first started talking (just by her english) I knew yous were tongan. Beautiful soul. Lovely family and delicious pie. She's just puts it on top and leaves it to cool so it sets on the pie.. But you don't put the mixture on straight away you have to wait for it to cool in the pot for a little bit :)
