Milosi's Pai Fala (Samoan Pineapple Pie in a tray)

Approximate Measurements and Ingredients Pastry
3 - 4 cups of Self-Rising flour
1/4 cup plain Flour
250 grams of butter
6 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
Custard Filling
1 1/2 cups of Custard Powder
1 can of Condense milk (Highlander milk)
2 - 3 cans of Pineapple Pieces or Crushed or both
1 litre of Full fat milk
2 - 4 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
Bake, cook, clean, talk, include your children in your day to day routines as memories will last forever.

Not in this recipe, my mum adds the Pineapple near the end so that the Pineapple still has its flavour and crunch 🙂
