Well done vid will help lots of people! One note to add...everyone should be very careful tightening that oil filter cap....it doesn't need much tightening and it gets tighter after driving. The entire tube going down to the motor from this is plastic....over tightening can crack that and it's a very expensive part. Also inside that cap, the tabs where you snap the filter in...I've had it crack before it's only $30 Canadian ...if the filter doesn't click in replace that cap!
Wanted to say thanks for taking the time to make this video . I liked both versions actually :D I started using Amsoil signature series it's full synthetic maybe the best for extreme weather conditions , they make an engine flush that gets all the coking out between the rings and headers I flush with 6 quarts of ATF for 20 minutes then drain. You will be impressed if you try that. Take Care Reno, NV
Straightforward video, thank you. I’m not sure if it’s all 2014 Grand Cherokees, but mine required a 5/8” bit (not 13mm) to get the bolt on the bottom of the oil reservoir
Hey, I have a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee as well, does the oil filter get switched out each one as well? I want to start doing my own oil changes as the last oil change cost me $100... I haven't noticed them replacing the filter...
