Kassandra, I am almost 70, still extremely active, skier (backcountry and downhill), mountain and road biker, fisherman, and golfing. I recently started to have major issues with knees and hips. A buddy of mine recommended your beginner course and I am so happy I found you. I had not been stretching before any of the activities, which I know was a huge mistake. In the short time I have been doing yoga with your courses, the pain in my hips and knees are slowly fading away. Thank you!
Hi I just did this stretching yoga and it did me wonders. I am a recovering alcoholic and have a year of sobriety under my belt. This felt truly powerful for me and I feel soo much better. Agree! It was nice to go back to some basics, nice and slow, great cues, and a reminder that you need to give yourself permission to modify where needed.

In general I'm an intermediate to early advanced practitioner, but this was perfect for a low energy day. It was wonderfully stretchy and had just enough activation for how I was feeling today. Love your classes❤
I always feel great after doing your classes, and this was no exception. I love the cues you give. I used to teach yoga but I still find your cues very helpful (although your minimal cues classes are great too!)
I love these beginner flows. Practicing alone at home I know my poses get sloppy or I forget some specific placement. These precise explanations are so helpful. Thanks

Just as some others said, I am not a beginner but I really enjoyed this class. Sometimes I just want to come back to basics and bring in some mindful movement. The pacing was excellent and so calming!

I really enjoyed this, as a beginner you help me push myself but also have made me feel very comfortable about adjusting poses and expectations if I can wobble as a beginner.
I had a recent knee surgery and my physical therapist recommended yoga to help me get my mobility and flexibility back. Your class was very easy to follow with minor modifications to ease the pain in my surgical site! Thank you for uploading! I look forward to more of your videos!

It’s been YEARS since my last yoga session, probably since 2020 (or even earlier), and I want to get back into it specially because I work from home and don’t make time for exercise. I've tried some silent videos but they aren't for me. The way you guide us through the entire flow by letting us know when to breathe in case we forget to do so and making sure to inform us about where we'll feel the stretch makes me feel appreciated.
