Good for you!! It's completely normal to experience an emotional release when trying something new and confronting what we may be afraid we can't do. You should be incredibly proud of yourself for taking this on, and I hope your self-confidence continues to grow. If it's helpful, you might enjoy watching my "what is fibromyalgia?" video where I talk about my own story and what we can do to live better with this condition: ua-cam.com/video/yFg5HF07au8/v-deo.html All the best to you 🌞
I used this to warm down after my first time in a gym since my diagnosis 8 years ago and marking two and a half months off of opioid pain medication. Everything is sore, but I’m happy!
This was my first time trying to exercise since my pain flared up months ago and haven't been able to leave the bed much and your kind words made me cry. Thank you for this.
Thank you for the lovely message, Ray. I'm so glad this touched you, and well done to you for trying it! If you are interested, I have a video where I talk more about life with fibromyalgia (ua-cam.com/video/yFg5HF07au8/v-deo.html) that might be nice to watch sometime. I truly hope you continue to find relief. 🌟🍀
Beautiful and gentle workout for someone like me who suffers from fibromyalgia, chronic anxiety, panic attacks and lifelong insomnia! Thank you for uploading this workout as very often we fibromyalgics feel we can't exercise because of the excruciating pain and exhaustion often suffered after trying to exercise. This was so beautiful because in some of the positions you were actually hugging yourself and being very self compassionate. Even your voice was very soothing and relaxing. I will be using this and some of your other uploads as now I don't feel like an outsider with a condition many people don't acknowledge or even recognise as a genuinely debilitating disease. It's awful when you feel terrible pain but have to say your fine when people ask because they think "it's all in your mind." Now, I will do these exercises and I will only let a very few trusted friends and family know that I'm trying to improve my FM through gentle care of myself using your uploads. Thanks again.
I’m 16 and was diagnosed with fibromyalgia a few days ago...since then I’ve had a really bad flare up and was in so much pain while doing school but these stretches really helped a lot. Thank you so much for your positivity!
You're not alone! I'm 17 and was diagnosed half a year ago abouts. I know how discouraged some can feeldue to being different from your peers at school. I hope you have a breather from your flares
I'm 54 & have had FM for many years. I was diagnosed in my 20s. Today was a really tough day & my body was so stiff & sore. I have the most stiffness in my legs & find it so hard to walk in my job some days. 😞 I find the pain & stiffness is getting worse as I age & enter into menopause.
@@DeeDeeMarie1 take care dear, remember you are one of the strangest ladies who lived bravely with FM from your 20's till 50's, it is actually an achievement 👏 I too diagnosed with FM when I was 26, it been almost 2 years now.
Wow, thank you so much for this. I have fibromyalgia which caused me to quit my dance career. I've always been so hesitant to try yoga as it's 'not as impressive' as dance and I didn’t want to accept that I have limitations now. Doing this has really helped me realise that even though I can’t push myself as much as I used to, I can still do small things to be less controlled by my pain.
Thank you so much for sharing some of your story, and I love your attitude! I agree, that is exactly the way we should be thinking - we are still in charge of our own lives. I am actually working on a 7-day series of yoga videos for fibromyalgia right now, so I hope that these can continue providing you with hope and confidence! Well done to you 🌟
It’s so nice to have someone doing this kind of yoga who also has fibromyalgia! And your words of encouragement were so nice in between poses ❤️ I used to do yoga often before I was diagnosed so it’s nice to get back to it in poses I can ease my way back into! Thank you!
Wonderful to hear, a big well done to you!! I have several other practices for fibromyalgia and chronic pain, so hopefully we'll meet again on the mat soon! Have a beautiful start to your year ✨✨✨
I’m a social worker who just got diagnosed with fibromyalgia a couple months ago. I thought I was doing great accepting and managing this new condition with all my tools of the trade 😂 but I overexercised last week and have been in pain every day since! It’s easy to get discouraged. Your sincere words of encouragement and reframing made me cry because I felt seen and understood by someone who has had this WAY longer than I. Others have said it here in the comments but thank you for helping us feel less alone! Appreciate this and your other chronic pain videos. :)
I’ve been in pain for so long and it always makes me sad that I know yoga releases the pain but the pain is just so intense I just lay in bed. Thank you for this I feel so much better in just a minute it’s crazy 😯
I love this video, I also suffer with pain every day, not only from Fibromalaya but also I was diagnosed with scoliosis and arthritis on different parts of my body one being the lower part of my spine, I wake up with such a pain every day and I do not want to take strong pain killers. Maybe it would be would if possible make a video for arthritis pain sufferers . I am a 63 years woman, I have tried different alternatives and it looks like yoga helps me a lot! Thanks a lot for reading me!
I'm so glad you love it Patricia ! I do have a video for scoliosis as well as additional fibromyalgia practices in my chronic pain playlist, which you can find here : ua-cam.com/play/PL9wzuXltV200U9GfONbt7FXtsiE4VnCaI.html I hope they can help!
@@YogawithJoelle thank you so much! I just went through the videos in your play list and was happy to find out that you even have one for Lupus sufferers and I was also diagnosed 4 years ago with Lupus! I will try every single of them, I will let you now how I feel. I appreciate you very much!
I’m 53 years old I was diagnosed fibromyalgia 3 years a go and 2 years a go I was very healthy and able to do on my own exercise since then I got my 5C and C6 on my spine so painful from my neck up to my shoulder, then Dr gave me enjection epidural! I need to stop my yoga routine. Bit my pain all over my body cried every night couldn’t move my body… now I think I have to comeback yoga. Thank you for sharing 😢❤
this routine has helped me so much! i was having horrible upper back pain due to fibro and now i take 10 minutes to do this routine every time i’m in pain and it’s helped every time. thank you for this!
I don’t comment on UA-cam normally but I just wanted to thank you for this video. I used to be a professional dancer who was extremely flexible and nowadays I struggle to straighten my legs all the way and walk to and from my college classes. This video is sad for me in a way to see where I was versus where I am now but your words were very encouraging and meant a lot to me. So thank you for what you do!!!
Thank you for sharing some of your story, and well done expressing so clearly what I think many of us often feel. If you are interested in meditation, you might like to try this reframing practice for chronic pain sometime: ua-cam.com/video/HRGsUCW-acs/v-deo.html It touches on what I think you may be going through. I wish you all the very best 🌺
Thankyou!!! I don't have fibromyalgia but I do have long COVID, these are the first stretches/yoga I have found that don't set off my post exercise fatigue/long COVID inflammatory response
You're so welcome Leslie! Glad you found something that felt good for you. If you're ever looking for more, I have a whole playlist of practices for chronic pain/illnesses here: tinyurl.com/yea9me8n Wishing you all the best
I have never been able to do waterfall before. It has always been difficult and painful. I used a yoga block today where you used a pillow and it felt amazing. So much relief in my back I am so glad I found this video ❤️
Yoga has become so popular. I tried it 20 years ago and I HATED it. But now, I have fibromyalgia and I've heard so many people talk about how yoga has helped with chronic pain. I watched this video in bed, and I am going to add this to my morning schedule. Thank you for sharing
I was recently tasked by my doctor to begin with 10 minutes of yoga twice a week for my fibro. Your video has been the most accessable for me as an absolute beginner with a very small space to work in and limited flexibility. Thank you thank you thank you!!
I'm so very happy to hear that! Good for you for taking care of yourself, and I hope this continues to help! Over time, feel free to build up to trying a few of my other routines for a bit of variety, such as my supine routine for hip pain, which is 10 minutes long and done completely on your back: ua-cam.com/video/3EbfNiWTYcM/v-deo.html Stay strong, wishing you all the best!! 🍀
I have following this channel for 10 minute and 20 mint yoga session for fibromyaglia as i have flare up almost every day. I have been doing it every day for almost a month and it helped me alot. Thank you so much ❤❤❤
I've been doing your routine every day for a few weeks now. I really like it, I have fibromyalgia/ CFS/ ME and it helps with the pain, aching, and tension. It's a good routine. Thank you for sharing.
Hi.. do you find the flexibility increases? And the pain relief lasts? I've started & stopped doing yoga so many times over the years but wasn't sure the pain doing it was worth it as I didn't seem to improve but was back to square 1 every morning.. but I'm thinking I need to start & stick with it longer as im so stiff and in pain every day..
@@cathydavies3526 It's definitely worth sticking with to see results! Also, it shouldn't be more painful when you practice, so don't hesitate to add more pillows or other props to help increase your comfort during the class 😉
Thank you so much for this. I've had fibromyalgia for more than 20 years, and as I age exercising has been more of a gamble. This is one of the exercise routines that I feel better after finishing than I did at the beginning.
Have you found the relief and flexibility improving or is every morning like you're back to square one ? I've started & stopped yoga so many times as I never felt I improved my flexibility and every morning I was as stiff and in as much pain as the day I started.. so get discouraged.. would love to hear if it has increased flexibility at all..
I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia about five years ago and I'm actually home sick from work today because of a flare up.☹ My rheumatologist suggested I do yoga and I found your channel. I did this video for the first time and it really helped to loosen up my muscles. Thank you so much!
Thanks so much for this message Roberta! So glad it helped. I've got several other practices for fibromyalgia and chronic pain too, in case you'd like to try mixing things up. If you go to the Playlists tab on my channel you'll find the full list there. 😉 Hope to practice together again soon!
I was JUST diagnosed with Fibromyalga and my doctor suggested some yoga might be helpful - this video was GREAT. So effective but still mild enough for me to follow along. Thank you!
Welcome Heather, I'm so glad it was helpful! Good for you for taking charge and living better with Fibromyalgia. 🌟 If you're interested, I have a few other fibro videos on my UA-cam channel (ua-cam.com/video/-aTKGnewstI/v-deo.html and ua-cam.com/video/fq0RzlsH4Dw/v-deo.html and ua-cam.com/video/yFg5HF07au8/v-deo.html), which you may also like to try out, and eventually you might like to try my 7-day series of Yoga for Fibromyalgia as well (www.udemy.com/course/yoga-for-fibromyalgia/?couponCode=YT-DISCOUNT) That probably sounds like a lot, so just take things at your own pace and continue listening to your body - I've found gentle, regular yoga to make such a difference for me with my own fibromyalgia! All the best to you! 🍀
I am so glad I decided today would be the day I started yoga again. I have been struggling with my fibromyalgia diagnosis. Thank you for making this video. It was so encouraging.
I'm so glad it resonated with you - great job! If you're looking to ease your way back into yoga, I actually have a little mini-challenge for chronic pain that you're welcome to join: tinyurl.com/5n8p2jv6
You have no idea how much this video helped me. 10 minutes was definitely all I could do today. Your warmth and words of encouragement were just what I needed. Thank you for this video.
Javing hard time thinking what to do.. I always cry because of pain. And then i saw this video and its my 3rd day doing this excercise. It helps me a lot and im trying to accepts that pain is big but my willingness to ignore it is bigger. Thank you so much
Thank you for this. I’m going to try this. I have RA as well. Having very bad Fibromyalgia flares, but I’m always moving and exercising. However I need something more
Thank you so much! This is exactly what I needed. I especially love that you don't bring in spirituality into it, just listening to your body and accepting it
Well done listening to yourself, although I wouldn't necessarily keep going if you feel it's making the pain worse as that's not our intent here. Instead, back up the stretch to somewhere that feels more beneficial and comfortable, or feel free to take a different stretch entirely.
Did you find accumulative benefits or is every day back to square one and only benefits after the yoga.. I get discouraged as I feel like every morning I'm in exactly the same stiff painful muscles as when I started..
I can't thank you enough for this. I have suffered from fibromyalgia for years. That pain coupled with a neck injury from a car accident and a fractured ankle last year had me just about giving up. I decided to search on UA-cam for exercises/stretches for chronic pain and I found you. I'm only on day 2 but I can already feel a difference. Thanks so much!❤
That's wonderful Tasha, I'm thrilled to hear it! Great job finding what you needed, and let me know if I can ever help you find a particular practice ✨
Love your demeanor and attitude, but two of these poses I could not get into at all- could you consider doing another version for people who are more stiff? Thx
Thanks for joining me Clara! Have a look through my playlist of videos for chronic pain, I've got lots! It's this list here: tinyurl.com/yea9me8n I'm not sure which poses you were struggling with, but let me know if I can help with anything
This is the first yoga video that I did. I don't like yoga per say, but your voice is so serene, it kept me going. It's like a reflection of your heart that I could hear in your talk. Subscribed for more on fibromyalgia.. thank you
Thank you! This was my first time doing one of your videos and I really enjoyed your personal stories, your calming voice, and the cool mirror behind you. Will be back!
Hi Joelle, I just wanted to say many thanks for this video. I've had chronic pain and fatigue (still haven't ascertained what condition exactly) for the last 7 years and found this video so helpful. Its been part of my morning routine for the last two months and has made a massive positive difference to the pain that I experience each morning, as well as my mindset. I've subscribed, thank you and keep up the great work :)
Thank you so much for this session. I've done it so many times that I know every word by heart. It has helped me out of a lot of flares since it's the first and until now only session that I've ever found that I always can do without making everything worse. In addition to that, your calming voice and encouraging, validating words help me to let some unhelpful thoughts go and smile at the end of practice. Thank you.
I suffer so with fibromyalgia and this was my first time in a long time to do yoga. Thank you for the video and gentle words. Will be back tomorrow to do this. Am checking to see how I will feel if I do this daily for a week. Will comment after a week to let you k on what I have noticed. Thank you again. Praying for will feel better.
Wonderful job Wendy! This is a great one to come back to, or you can also browse through my playlist of videos for chronic pain to see which ones work best for you. You can find the full list here: tinyurl.com/yea9me8n
I’m glad I found this I tried to stretch on my own but I’ve had a flare up real bad for months along with sciatica I had a bad episode and was in the hospital for a week had to use a walker and all it’s been 18 yrs since my diagnosis I will do these in the morning thank you for this ❤️❤️❤️ it’s been hard this illness is hard 😢 love reading all the positive comments it’s refreshing to see I’M NOT ALONE 💜
Thank you for these continuously helpful 10 min yoga videos. It really would be amazing if you could make one for the upper back as most back videos are dedicated for the lower back. Thank you Joelle
I'm so excited to have found this 💖 I've been needing a form of gentle movement/exercise to help with my fibro, but honestly i never know where to start. Thank you for making this video! 😊
You're so welcome Abi! I'm so glad it helped. If you're looking for something even slower, I also have a second video for Fibromyalgia (ua-cam.com/video/fq0RzlsH4Dw/v-deo.html), as well as a short "what is Fibromyalgia?" video that might be helpful (ua-cam.com/video/yFg5HF07au8/v-deo.html). All the best to you and I hope this continues to help! 💐
Thank you so much for this. I tried this morning for the first time. This really helped my pain. I also appreciate your kind words, as this pain has been a challenge in life. When I woke up this morning my body hurt to move and now I can feel my feet on the floor and not that pain. I am going to watch one of your videos every day.
You're so welcome! I'm truly happy to hear it helped your pain, and look forward to seeing you on the mat every day - great job for committing to yourself! 😊
This was my first time trying gentle yoga with my Fibro & it did make me cry there’s obviously a lot of emotions behind the illness too. I have not stretched or done much physical exercise in the last 2 months so I was a bit stiff & felt that. But now after finishing I feel a bit better, thank you 🥰
Wonderfully done Jasmine, I'm happy that this helped find a little relief as I know it's not easy with fibro. I have other similar practices in my yoga for chronic pain playlist (tinyurl.com/3sjpwyba), so you might like to cycle through them and see if your body responds especially well to one or several of them. Stay strong, I believe in you!
Love your yoga classes, and now I have a request or maybe two ☺ Can you make one for menopause? and maybe one to strengthen the pelvis and core for when the muscles get weaker with age (and give you pain and trouble with balance)?
Hi Mona, thank you for your requests. At this time I don't have a video for menopause. However, I do have these videos that may be helpful at this time; -Yoga for Pelvic Pain: ua-cam.com/video/l5_IkPiYA-w/v-deo.html -Yoga for Anterior Pelvic Tilt: ua-cam.com/video/uO-OCUPYbDM/v-deo.html -5 min Yoga for Abs: ua-cam.com/video/ceXY5LThfrk/v-deo.html -10 min Beginner Yoga Routine for ABS and CORE: ua-cam.com/video/DmbtHcoQy9w/v-deo.html Thank you so much for the support and see you soon! ☺
My doctor told I have Fibromyalgia last year and i don’t realize this illness. What have you in so much pain but it really does help me in a lot of pain sometime I don’t even be wanting to get up out of bed. I’ll be hurting so bad, but I’m glad it’s a exercise that will help me so I can help myself as well, so thank you so much for this video
I have endometriosis as well as fibromyalgia and your videos (especially this one) have made me feel comfortable enough to start slowly easing back into exercise. I searched for so long for plans and videos but all were extreme workout videos or not suitable so to have something like this is really special and truly helps. Thank you
Thank you so much for such a nice message Samantha, I'm very happy to hear you're listening to your body and finding what works best for you! Let me know if I can ever help you find any particular videos, and looking forward to meeting on the mat again soon ✨
I just found this video. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 8 years ago. I have tried meds, physical therapy and just about everything for relief. I gave up. 3.5 years ago when I got pregnant again and just push through it. My daughter will be 3 in June and she has been doing kids yoga. Thanks for this
Thanks so much, this gentle routine is just what I needed. First go today, I started crying (wasn't sad, I just think it was tension relief?!) Will continue with your exercises xxx
I’ve been watching your yoga for 4 days now and it’s makes me motivate and inspired myself to yoga every day. I feel so much relax! Thank you for so much for this wonderful video.💖
Just found this video and I’m so glad I did. I’ve had such a horrible time finding comfortable positions to sleep in and this is helping me relax. Thank you so much!

Joelle thank you so much for these exercises. I've had fibro since I was in my early 20s ( 30 yrs) and this is the first time I've found yods moves that really help. You are a wonderful teacher and so encouraging . I definitely have less pain since starting this program.

i've had fibromyalgia about two years and a half, especially when i'm am studying hard. and i've learned how to deal with it by streching and yoga by your channel. thank you.
I tried mindfulness meditation right before doing this video and it really helped me to connect with where I felt pain and relax. After watching your video most of my pain had eased. Thank you for the help in my journey to better listen to my body and mind. ❤

Hello mam. Just a while ago i saw these exercise. I tried a little i felt great. To me also my doctor diagnosed with fibromalgia since 2019 after one year treatment . My pains is on and off. Sometimes my pains was unbearable. Thank you for this video. I will surely follow these exercise.
I've not been able to do Yoga for about a year since being diagnosed with CFS but so far your videos have proven me otherwise! They are so helpful and I'm looking forward to making them an integral part of my recovery routine. Thank you so much for your work!
I'm so glad to hear that Georgie! Well done to you. Next week I will have a practice for lupus coming out, which you may also enjoy trying. All the best to you 🌞
i’m 18 started showing fibromyalgia symptoms 2years ago and i gained so much weight because i just could not work my body and obv the emotional side of fibromyalgia didn’t help but 2 years later i’m done 60 pounds down and i have much more good days then bad days don’t give up guys it does get better once you figure out what works for your body and mental health :)
Wow….I recently was diagnosed with pelvic floor dysfunction. I sit on the toilet for most of my days crying. While doing this I all of a sudden felt something move and spasm and release and so much relief where I somehow think it stopped my bladder from spasms. I also felt a huge emotional release too where I started crying…I can’t even remember what you said but there was a gentle reminder that definitely made my inner child recognize we need to be patient and give ourselves grace while we figure out this new diagnosis and flare ups Thank you.
Thank you for this, I truly don't know what to do with this diagnosis, and I'm living a very intense and hard year, that doesn't allow me to rest much. It's been awful, I've been in tears because of the pain more times than I can count, most days of the week really, and I'm barely managing to get even a little sleep. This helped, I'll do it again tomorrow, maybe even tonight. It's good not to feel alone
I'm so glad it helped you feel even just a little bit better, and you are certainly not alone. Please feel free to come back to this one any time you'd like or to check out the Chronic Pain playlist on my channel. I've also got a little 3-day mini-series for fibromyalgia that you can find here if you'd like to try it: tinyurl.com/5n8p2jv6
This routine has been so good to do. I would love it if it were slightly longer like 15 or 20mins. I wondered if you could use your expertise to put together a routine for long covid sufferers as the senior one isn't quite what I need nor this one although this one is closer, perhaps focusing on problem areas such as leg mobility, shoulder and chest tightness, neck mobility (I've been doing your video on this) and head and also a chakra one for chronic sufferers/seniors/long covid as I couldn't do the one you had. I know you've encouraged suggestions so thought I would ask! Hope you don't mind. I am Enjoying your videos as I try to find the right ones for me. Thankyou for doing them. NAMASTE X

Thank you for this video… I’ve felt so hopeless lately in pain relief. I hate asking or seeking help. This week has been so bad and nothing has helped. I decided to stop being stubborn and found your video. It has helped me so much. Your calming voice also helped a lot. Thank you for this video. I just subscribed and looking forward to watching more videos from you :)

Loved this practice exercise has saved me for sure! I was diagnosed with Fb in 2009, by working out consistently I hardly ever have a flair up! Your instruction is so perfect. We all need to accept our bodies as they are and be grateful for all of our life's journeys! Thank you! Namaste🙏
Thank you Joelle! I have complex ptsd and fibro/hypermobility symptoms since I was 10. Love this practise, its gentle, encouraging and non pushy at all 🧡 I am going to try to incorporate this on hopefully a daily basis and see if it works with the pain!
That sounds wonderful, great attitude! 🌟 I also have a whole playlist for chronic pain practices, in case you'd like to mix in some others as well: tinyurl.com/3sjpwyba
I developed fibro at the age of 17. It's extremely disconcerting to be a teenager but have a condition that makes you feel like an old lady. I'm in my 20's now and am getting better at managing it to the point where I have a full time job and I'm going to nursing school, but it's still rough sometimes.
Thank you for sharing your story Gabby. I was a teenager as well, and I agree that wasn't any fun. I'm so glad to hear you're managing it better and better as time goes by. Thank you so much for practicing with me ✨
@@YogawithJoelle Yeah it can be pretty alienating to be young and watching all your peers have boundless energy while you have to work on managing your health and feeling like an old person.
Thank you for this video. I love that fact that it is so focused and so short. I can easily fit it into my schedule. I have found that quercetin, taken when I flare, reduces my fibro pain by about 80%. It's otc and has saved my life
I was crying today because I felt so bad in body and mind and everywhere was in so much pain. But once I tried this routine I felt so peaceful and good. Thank you for making it. 😊
Hi! This is a wonderful video. If you haven't already made a video on it, I would love to see a video that is Hypermobility/hEDS friendly and helps to strengthen the joints.

Thank you so much for joining me Mel, and for sharing your story. Well done finding what your body needed today ✨
I’m 16 and was diagnosed with fibromyalgia a few days ago...since then I’ve had a really bad flare up and was in so much pain while doing school but these stretches really helped a lot. Thank you so much for your positivity!
Thank you for sharing your story, and I'm so glad you found the practice helpful. Well done!! 🌟
I find the pain & stiffness is getting worse as I age & enter into menopause.
@@DeeDeeMarie1 take care dear, remember you are one of the strangest ladies who lived bravely with FM from your 20's till 50's, it is actually an achievement 👏 I too diagnosed with FM when I was 26, it been almost 2 years now.
Can I talk to you please? I'm 18 and just been diagnosed
Came for pain relief and the praise and comfort of your narration made me weep. Thank you so much.
You are so welcome, thank you for sharing your experience ✨
Thank you for sharing your story and your kind words! They mean so much to me. Sending lots of positivity your way! 🙏
The last exercise was so good it got my entire lower body shaking like hell. Feeling my body light
I’ve been in pain for so long and it always makes me sad that I know yoga releases the pain but the pain is just so intense I just lay in bed. Thank you for this I feel so much better in just a minute it’s crazy 😯
I'm so glad to hear you feel better, well done to you for taking care of yourself. ✨
Very happy to hear it Patricia, great attitude! See you soon on the mat 😊
Thank you. I love that this was 10 minutes. Most other videos were 25+. That's too much for me.
I'm so happy this worked well for you Mina, well done!!
Welcome back to the mat, thank you for joining me and I truly hope this helps ✨
this routine has helped me so much! i was having horrible upper back pain due to fibro and now i take 10 minutes to do this routine every time i’m in pain and it’s helped every time. thank you for this!
Sorry to hear that, I hope this continues to help ✨
Thank you so much for the kind words! I am glad to hear this was helpful 🙏
Yoga has become so popular. I tried it 20 years ago and I HATED it. But now, I have fibromyalgia and I've heard so many people talk about how yoga has helped with chronic pain. I watched this video in bed, and I am going to add this to my morning schedule. Thank you for sharing
Wonderful Toby! Look forward to meeting you on the mat again soon :)
Thank you so much ❤❤❤
That's so wonderful to hear, thank you for sharing and well done ✨✨✨
Aloha Joelle, your 10 minute, Yoga for Fibromyalgia class has gotten me to participate and I feel results already. Thank you so much🕊.
That's wonderful to hear Leah, aloha to you too! ✨
I've been doing your routine every day for a few weeks now. I really like it, I have fibromyalgia/ CFS/ ME and it helps with the pain, aching, and tension. It's a good routine. Thank you for sharing.
Sorry to hear that, I hope this continues to help ✨
Hi.. do you find the flexibility increases?
I am so sorry to hear that! I hope you're doing well!! 🙏 🙏
Love that you’re doing yoga videos for those who suffer with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. Thank you!
You're most welcome! Thanks for practicing with me Helena :)
@@YogawithJoelle I'd like to do this twice a day and work my way up.

I love the way you have recorded instructions instead of constant talking like all the other videos. Thank you 🎉
So glad you enjoyed it Maxine ✨
You have no idea how much this video helped me. 10 minutes was definitely all I could do today. Your warmth and words of encouragement were just what I needed. Thank you for this video.
I'm so glad this felt good Tristan. Well done to you for taking good care of yourself and doing what felt right today.
Javing hard time thinking what to do.. I always cry because of pain. And then i saw this video and its my 3rd day doing this excercise. It helps me a lot and im trying to accepts that pain is big but my willingness to ignore it is bigger. Thank you so much
Well done to you! You are definitely not alone, and I hope it helps to know that. 🌟
Thank you for this. I’m going to try this. I have RA as well. Having very bad Fibromyalgia flares, but I’m always moving and exercising. However I need something more
I hope this helps Tonie ! I've got lots of other practices for fibromyalgia and chronic pain, too.
Thank you so much! This is exactly what I needed. I especially love that you don't bring in spirituality into it, just listening to your body and accepting it
Thank you so much! It is a pleasure to practice with you! ✨✨
I've noticed when I'm feeling pain and I practice these yoga moves, it makes the pain worse but I'm very relaxed. Some days are easier than others.
Well done listening to yourself, although I wouldn't necessarily keep going if you feel it's making the pain worse as that's not our intent here. Instead, back up the stretch to somewhere that feels more beneficial and comfortable, or feel free to take a different stretch entirely.
recently diagnosed with fibro and this is saving my life. i feel alive once i finish stretching, like im finally a person again. Tysm ❤❤❤
You're most welcome, I'm so happy this is helping. Well done!
Subscribed for more on fibromyalgia.. thank you

Your calming voice made it that much easier to follow along with this video. My body for the first time in a long time feels completely relaxed

Thank you.

Hi Mona, thank you for your requests. At this time I don't have a video for menopause. However, I do have these videos that may be helpful at this time;

I'm very happy this felt helpful for you, well done ✨
Thank you for this, I truly don't know what to do with this diagnosis, and I'm living a very intense and hard year, that doesn't allow me to rest much. It's been awful, I've been in tears because of the pain more times than I can count, most days of the week really, and I'm barely managing to get even a little sleep. This helped, I'll do it again tomorrow, maybe even tonight. It's good not to feel alone
I'm so glad it helped you feel even just a little bit better, and you are certainly not alone.

Thank you! Namaste🙏
Beautifully said Theresa, well done! ✨
Thanks helps my back and hips.🙏❤️
You're so welcome, Heather! I'm so happy to hear that it helps! 😀
Thank you Joelle! I have complex ptsd and fibro/hypermobility symptoms since I was 10. Love this practise, its gentle, encouraging and non pushy at all 🧡
I am going to try to incorporate this on hopefully a daily basis and see if it works with the pain!
Thank you for this hugely beneficial tutorial.
You're very welcome!
Thank you for this video. I love that fact that it is so focused and so short. I can easily fit it into my schedule. I have found that quercetin, taken when I flare, reduces my fibro pain by about 80%. It's otc and has saved my life
Thank you for the comment Liz, I'm so glad you liked it!
When I wake up stiff this exercise helps so much to get my day started🙏🏻thank you Joelle, merci 🤍

Sorry to hear that, I hope this continues to help ✨
Hi! This is a wonderful video. If you haven't already made a video on it, I would love to see a video that is Hypermobility/hEDS friendly and helps to strengthen the joints.
I'm so glad you liked it Emily! And thank you for the suggestion 😊 Well done!
Really enjoyed this. Can you do exercises as well as more stretching for Polymyalgia Rhumatica 😊 Thank you so much!!!
