    Wow thank you for these workout, i made the exercise almost 35 mins. Today i just finished here my afternoon workout because was busy in the morning. Whenever my free time, i do the workout made by yours. Thank you very much, i try my best to stay motivated in this workout routine. I will continue again tomorrow, it really made me sweat.     I weigh 214 lbs 4 months postpartum and I’m going to do only this video for 5 days a week in a 2 week mark. Today my Apple Watch said I burned 436 active calories and 552 total calories. I’ll also follow a diet. I’LL COME BACK IN 2 WEEKS WITH THE RESULTS 🩵🪼🤍

      Wonderful, I also lose weight, but not in kilos only. I notice a change in my body every day. I think I lost 4 kilos in 3 weeks.

    Doing this workout for a week now. Can definitely say I feel much lighter and more flexible. I was sick for 2 months because of which I gained a few kgs. I was looking for a low-impact workout and this one seemed very refreshing. After a week you'd be able to do this without any breaks but it will still make u sweat a lot which is the best part.

    Soy diabética tipo 2. Y no saben cómo nos cuesta bajar de peso con esta enfermedad crónica.pero gracias a dios te encontré y empecé a ver resultados. Del sobre peso q tenia 18 kilos.
