I started these exercises on 01/28/24, I didn't even get the movements right, I was very discouraged on the first day but I decided to continue, in the first week I lost 3.3kg (eating clean beans, rice, vegetables, fruits, oats and proteins). I made this video today and my coordination is much better. I'm going to try to do one of Mira's videos every day for 9 weeks. Starting weigth 89,1kg. Week 1 -3kg Week 2 -4.9kg Week 3 -5.3kg total in 21 days I don't know if these workouts are good for the core or for fat loss but it's a great mood booster, my coordination and balance have improved, I can't exercise at night because I'm very tired but I can make these videos, they help me relax after work. Today, 02/18/24, I weighed 83,8kg, I need to lose 10kg, let's see when I get there.

You make it fun and not overly confusing. With some other exercise routines you have to take time to learn the sequence and it becomes frustrating. You’re amazing! Love the music as well. It makes exercising really fun. So happy I found your channel. It has been a saving grace during this quarantine. Not just for weight loss but it takes you out of your usual routine and helps with mobility, sleeping issues, stress build up and energy loss as we journey through lockdown during the winter. @@anamikadeka5706 I would rather say that I am following a healthy lifestyle than any specific diet plan. I eat only home made and naturally available (roti, sabji, dal,chawal, dosa, idli, green veggies, fruits, peanuts, sesame seeds, coconut white, etc. ) smaller meals every two hours with atleast an hour of physical exercise (anyone depending upon my mood- zumba, yoga, home exercise, pranayam, weight training using water bottles or dumbbells at home, walking, cycling, etc). I have also removed almost everything refined and processed be it oil, salt or sugar. Eg use rock salt instead of white normal salt, use gud or sugarcane sugar instead of sweetners or sweetcorn syrup, use cold pressed mustard oil or peanut or til oil for cooking instead of expensive refined oil or olive oil. I have shifted to old ways of cooking eliminating plastic, aluminum and non-stick from my kitchen. Use steel, brass or iron instead. Include ample ghee and local /seasonal fruits in your diet. For healthy eating, you may follow rujuta diwekar, khader walli and b m hegde while for exercise, you may follow vds gym, bright side and zumba classes on UA-cam. Other than this, I eat any fruit specially banana and soaked almonds within 30 mins of waking up and don't eat anything after 6:30pm and sleep for atleast 6hrs straight although 8hrs is recommended for best results. Hope it helps. Start slow if you want to start your fitness journey so that you don't lose the momentum. I started with just 10 mins of physical exercise and now I can't imagine my day without 1.5 hrs of it. Find your reason why you wanna be fit and stay disciplined ie do it even if you don't wanna do it. Soon it will become a habit. Good luck!

I love your all workouts. You are very confident. And give smooth signal to change steps. There is no sudden change and confusion. The thing that needs attention is equal distribution of steps and same steps on both sides .. At times with one leg 14 counts are done and with other only5.-- Again one leg does knee up and other side kick .. this breaks symmetry. It has happened in some of the classes. I could see that because I want to enjoy different workouts . No offence intended. You have given me a lot of happiness and health and weight loss too ♥️♥️
