So good you have the wheel balancing machine.. easy way to do it. I have to use manual labor to do that😂

Put them in your car, lift the car, start the engine, put on gear
Yep, best solution. Saving time and shoulder and fingers arent 'damaged' after using balancing machine. Best tutorial here ive seen!!!

Powder coating and full tear down yields better results.
Very nice job. Be sure you remove the gold paint where the bolts or nuts contact the rim. If you dont, they can come loose. Cheers.

Where can I buy the paint stripper? All we get in Germany is regulated too much to be effective...
Einfach Abbeizer kaufen, musst halt leider nur je nach Marke bis zu 6h wirken lassen
Sand paint/clearcoat lightly broken, then apply stripper and put wheel in a plastic bag for over night, next day it comes nicely off. Just dod that with original OZ lip clearcoat and came easy off. Stripper was something cheap from spray can.

Im going to try this way to polish lips, last time sanded to P400 and polished first wit sisal wheel etc. Came out nicely but now have better diy lathe for sanding and why not trying different way.
Are those just paper towels you used for final polishing? I have used microfibre towels with mohers mag&alu, but those might be better. Hope to get billet polish somewhere, seems to be sold out most places.
