    ○ 2 cups unsweetened dairy free milk
    ○ 1/2 cup creamy almond butter or PB
    ○ 2 cups old fashioned oats, dry

    ○ Toppings: 1 banana + raw walnuts, blueberries are great too

    ○ 1 Tbs chia seeds
    ○ 1 5.3oz container of yogurt (I'm using Siggi's Plant Based yogurt in vanilla + cinnamon)
    ○ 1/3 - 1/2 cup ripple milk
    ○ Sprinkle of cinnamon if desired
    ○ sliced strawberries + blueberries on top

    Hi! I just discovered your channel & KUDOS ON HOW GREAT & EASY your healthy recipes are to do so chia gives a crazy bad stomach ache had it once on a chia seed refrigerator pudding while I was on a JW CONVENTION AND BECAME super sick to my stomach so do you have a better suggestion besides the hemp seeds? Thank you , Ms Santana
