Y'alls ability to grind and pump out content while staying in shape and running a family in unbelievably inspiring. I hope to work my ass off to get to a similar point someday as well!
Thanks to the Buff Dudes I'm back at the gym and dieting! I had lost all motivation of staying healthy during quarantine and became complacent with the way I looked. Fast forward an entire year and a half and I'm starting back up again thanks to you guys, sure I've got my training wheels back on but this time they're buff dude training wheels and I'm staying consistent both with my diet and exercises! Love this channel, stay BUFF!
Same, I had abs for the first time in my life and had a really rough patch in my life right before COVID and when I got laid off from COVID it became worse. I’m just starting to get back on track and hoping to become better than I’ve ever been before. It’s just so hard to maintain motivation, but I’m sure as hell going to try
Hey! Can`t wait to try the Turkey Chilli... however, the conversions from ounces to grams are off! Ground Turkey (99% lean): 64 Ounces / 900 grams (should be 1814 gr) Dark Red Kidney Beans: 7 Cups / 1820 grams (should be 896 gr - a usual cup is around 128 gr) Crushed Tomatoes: 56 Ounces / 2,600 grams (should be 1588 gr) If I take the 900 grams of turkey (200g of prot) as a base for the 5 meals, you will get 40 gr/serving only from the turkey (plus prot from the rest) With 1800 grams of turkey we are somewhere at 80 gr/serving (plus the other ingredients). So I guess macros/meal (111g of prot) are calculated with the correct values. The rest of the recipes are having similar issues. I would be really interested in the cookbook, if it has metric units too and those are right. I am from Europe and live in Europe :)
for the beans at least, a serving is 1/2 a cup at 130g. So the 1820g would be right since you would multiply 130g by 14, not 7. But yeah, the tomatoes look off. Looks like they double what they needed.
Yes, more please! I love that you can eat the same three meals for five days in a row but I struggle to do that. I usually prep three or four savoury meals that can be used for lunch or dinner and I prep veges so I can have eggs and veges for breakfast. Now and again I'll have some sort of grain-free cereal or one of the lunches for brekky.

I have a 3 year old and a 1 ½ year old so I'm all about prepping on a good day so the busy days can be a little less stressful. Thanks for the video! The noodles are ingenious! Crockpot turkey chili is also a staple for us! I make enough for dinner and for the next 3 days for myself. I add both light and dark kidney beans, corn and sometimes black beans to make it ridiculously hearty. Serve it with a baked potato on the lunch days and it makes a calorie packed lunch!
This is an absolute godsend. I was making terrible meal perps so for a few weeks got off it. i just started a subscription with Freshly to save time but it seems like I will be doing this after my first month of Freshly. Thanks man!
Not trying to be a negative nancy or anything love the work you're doing and i put it in my meal prep app to make my shopping list. Which is why i noticed it. If its these kind of recipes you'll provide you got another book buyer here
defiantly saving this one. gotta do some tweaking trying to lose the quarantine inches from the old tummy. But keeping these will allow me some variety from week to week!
I can’t wait for the cookbook!!! I wish you could put in substitutions for food allergies. I’m allergic to grains, dairy, legumes, eggs, and nightshades. ✌🏻🌈🌸
never been one for the gym, but i started in october and have been working out not a lot but frequently. stopped for a week or so because life. but thanks to this i will be able to work on my meals and work out for it!!!!!! thank you and looking to get into the buff era.
Love the vids. Constantly motivating and fun to watch! Question. You guys have done a few vids on food now. What do you drink? And what do you eat on a weekend?
Was it just me or were the servings a lot bigger when made than displayed in the video? We should see the layout of it being split into 5 different days and stored. Overall, a good three meal prep.
The chili made over a gallon! 20 cups!! That's literlly 4 cups per meal if divided for 5 days. That's an impossible amount of food to eat, plus an entire avocado garnish! I don't know what to do with all this chili now. I do hope I can portion it out well and hit my macros with the other meals too without needing to eat a quart of chili at a time.
@@elise8116 can eat 2 meals of 2 cups… i weighed it out for 4 cups it was about 2 lbs haha. If you sit down and eat it quick enough you’ll get it down. Definitely a challenge though
That is a crap ton of calories and protein for low portion sized meals! Now I won't feel like I'm stuffing my face relentlessly and feeling lathargic and full. Thanks fellas!
Put steak under broiler, broil rare. 3 mins. Have with plums. That's my prep. Or, put chicken thighs in cast iron skillet, steam potatoes. Steam vegetables. Also, buy managers special smoked salmon from Walmart, gorge on it with pears. It is easy.
