Hi. That happened to me in real life when I was about 14 and someone was breaking into the house through my bedroom window. I saw the shadow of a man wearing a hat taking the screen out of the window. I tried shouting for my Mom, but it was really just raspy air. Apparently my little sister woke up and screamed and the man ran away. My step dad ran out the front door to try to find him, but he was never found. It happened to me again in 2013 during a fire. The stress and anxiety just shut down my voicebox. When Emergency Services came they kept asking if I needed assistance and I kept saying no, that I just had no voice. I’m weird I guess.
