- During the cross-examination of Amber Heard on Tuesday, a video was played for the court showing James Franco arriving at Heard's penthouse while Johnny Depp was out of town. Depp's attorney Camille Vasquez asked Heard if she felt comfortable bringing Franco over because she changed the locks, insinuating that Depp couldn't get in the penthouse.

At first I thought AH didn't even pick up on what that ment. But if you watch AH as she answers the very next question before she speaks she does her usual turn to the jury but looks back at CV and answers.
However she's such a Narcissist that she goes right back to trying to play to the jury for each question after.
This is also really interesting if you watched the Popcorned Planet interview with Amber and Johnny’s neighbor, Ami. Ami would see Amber periodically in the building and Amber was always rude and would never look at her or acknowledge her presence.

And you can see Amber is not liking that she is losing power and attention. Shes glanced at the jury more with this examination than anyone else. Shes lost power with Vasquez and is trying scrounge what she has with the Jury. And I hope the Jury is giving Amber stone faces.

During this trial, one of my favorite moments was when Camille showed to everyone the sequence where James Franco and Amber Heard sneaked into the penthouse's elevator.
Usually shown in certain periodicals and news outlets, that video had not been as widely seen as it should have been. But with the trial broadcasted, now everyone could see what many people already knew about Amber Heard. How she indeed had affairs with James Franco; confirming Johnny Depp's suspicions. And strenghthening the suspicions that Amber probably had other affairs with other men.
And the instant Amber confirmed that the man is indeed James Franco, this just shows how AH is ready to throw anyone under the Bus to save her skin. Including her past lover, who was close to her and knew what was going on.
Regarding Franco, whom I never liked due to his arrogance and smugness, he lost the respect of many people worldwide after all the various controversies in his life. But with this moment here, he just shows how gross, despicable, and horrible he was toward Johnny Depp. With what happened, Johnny will never work or interact with Franco.
As for me, I have not much interest to see any of his projects. It just shows how Franco is a lousy scumbag. Especially when I read in 2020 a Macauly Culkin interview where he recounted how Franco tried to demean Michael Jackson before him and Mac put Franco back in his place so fast the latter shut up and left him.
So regarding Franco, I have not the slightest sympathy for that creep, whose only reason he became known is because of his role as Harry Osborn in Sam Raimi's Spiderman.
