This is how adults are supposed to behave in court. No screaming at each other just be respectful and honest. 👏🏾
although I would have had the test done privately...not in front of cameras.
Right! Now if only you could teach your unlearned sisters
Except for being in court at all. This family should have kept it private. He should have stood beside his wife until the results were known.
Cause it's all fake
Shakala Ellis I very much agree. This is the most calm and rational court case I’ve watched so far!
Did I just watch a respectable couple Episode not screaming at each other
Almost unbeleivable, right?
Chuppster how are they respectable. They both cheated on their former spouses. Destroyed their famines and children.
respectable? WHAT?
Chuppster I now believe in the tooth fairy unicorns and well just about anything else you can imagine
I would say they are respectable... Yes they cheated on others but they also owned up to it and admitted how wrong it was... That’s what respectable people do when they make mistakes, they learn from it and don’t do it again...
I'm so happy for them. They're both acting like adults, admitting their mistakes, and happy that the baby is theirs. Never wanted to hear a positive so bad.
Absolutely, I keep watching this. They acted like adults, completely honest, and you can tell they love one another.
45 and 49 + a vasectomy. If this baby is not a miracle, I don't now what a miracle is!!! 😯May them enjoy a happy life now on! 🥰
God knew she needed that baby. There ain’t no telling what he saved mom from.
A miracle baby ❤😊
So true❤
Reminds me of the story of Sarah and Abraham in the Bible.
Miracle? A friend had babies at 58 and 62. She's 76 with a 13 year old/17 year old.
Update:
They are still together rn and had 1 more baby girl.
That's great to know. I'm so glad for them
did you read in some article?
Vaibhav sethi It’s on their Facebook page
No they did not have another child. Caleb is currently 5 now. That’s my mom and step dad on this show.

I’ve never been more glad to see someone be the father 😭

Why would that change anything? Who wouldn’t be happy that two happy adults have stayed together through everything?
This child was meant to be. Two wonderful people together.
Neither of them strikes me as 'wonderful'. And why are they laying out all their misdeeds and suspicions on television? Normal people would have quietly gotten a paternity test and settled it.
@@lynnw7155money? Free paternity test?

My uncle also faced the same thing a few years ago, he had vasectomy and it worked for many years, and then some day his wife appeared pregnant and he didn't believed that it was his, they already had 3 grown children, but this destroyed their marriage, in the end, it confirmed that the child was his, and the vasectomy surgery was healed by his own body, it worked for 12 or 15 years and then no more.
Did they get back together?
This happened to my husband step sister. She had her tubes cut and burned. Eight years later she was so sick with morning sickness. She thought there is no way that she was pregnant. She was pregnant and the tubal only worked for eight years.
I am wondering also if they got back together since the child was his after all.
Beautiful….very interesting show.
This case was so easy to listen to; no shouting, screaming, etc...
@Ce Ce Hollywood knows, but people aren't going to imitate the same way if they see sensible, reasonable behaviour all the time.
Yeah but I like drama
Non-white people are more likely to scream and shout lol
Yeah I was like wow they are so mature

Yes. Enjoyable to watch, without all of that other! So cute. "now we have to watch for #2? lol
I'm so glad he's the dad. Hope they have a good rest of their lives.
Baby Caleb looks just like his dad!
The wife look so regretful, like she feels guilty and feels bad deep down. Even if the baby wasnt his, you can tell she is trying to fix her habits just because of this baby.
Baby is so cute.
Stop judge the lady love her husband.
I agree, I usually don’t feel bad for a cheater but I actually felt she was sorry. Which is a rare thing. I have only seen a few people who I knew were actually sorry about cheating.
@@jkmarblejk7445 I can totally agree. Honestly we don't see the consequences till we experience them and relate.
She's a bloody narcissist. Have you seen the oprah episode? Obviously loves the limelight, loves the attention
You can tell she is terrified of the results, she clearly loves this man 🥺
Or maybe just terrified of being labelled as a cheater
She clarify again and she did not cheat.atleast not consciously.she just doubt herself bcz she couldn't recall any memory form drink times
And vice versa
@@ayishatasnim8703 which was why she's terrified of being labelled a cheater. Thankfully we don't have any evidence she cheated so no reason to label her as such, but drinking regularly to the point where you're not even sure if you slept with someone... Let's just be glad for her that her wakeup call turned out to be a positive experience
Technically speaking, they both cheated on their spouses when they met each other! So I think her love for this man and wanting a baby with him, was the biggest reason for her nerves.
I have never been more excited for a positive result. Congratulations!
I prefer this judge over judge Judy. This is a judge who has empathy and listens to those in front of her.
I like Judge Judy. She's the best. Can see right through people's lies.
I liked this episode. It wasn't a bunch of screaming.
He got snipped back in 1991???Uh that would make it 28 yrs ago..
Yes!
When my brother and his wife had their 3rd child my brother went and got snipped soon after his daughter was born and his doctor told my sister in law to be on birth control for a year or two just to make sure and well they have no other children except three and the 3rd child is turning 16 in July oh man 16 dang I miss that age..I 😭😭
@Gaylene Wood This is why they need to do updates some of the shows are from like 7 years ago

Imagine that. He didn't assume she cheated, he thought it was impossible that he got her pregnant so she must have cancer and was more concerned lol.
this is love
But there is a whole baby on the monitor.
@@hegotthequaytomyheart3641
After they confirmed she didn't have cancer and that she was in fact pregnant, that's when he assumed she was cheating because he had a vasectomy 30 years ago.
He did assume that
He is dumb then
I know of a couple of vasectomy babies. (Now adults) This was a pleasurable episode to watch. There was no screaming and accusations. Both Bakers were respectful and mature. Both were very honest with their feelings and their past. I'm so glad he is the father. He seems like a really good man.
I had a vasectomy 27 years ago. Last year my 52 year old girlfriend got pregnant. She swore she didn’t cheat. We had dna testing done while she was pregnant. Sure enough I was the father. I was so happy to have a family. Unfortunately she lost the baby at 20 weeks. God gives and he also takes away.
This is the first time I'm smiling happily after watching a paternity course case. I felt the tension and actually started praying it's the man's child. Had to remind myself the case has been over for years. I wish them all the best.
Aw ☺️
With all due respect, vasectomies can fail. The human body has a way of repairing "damage".
Kayenne54 that’s what the doctor said? “If it was a successful vasectomy" emphasis on sucessful
With all due respect, it's a slim possibility. It's reasonable to have doubts when it happens so rarely. Tubal ligations have a higher failure rate than vasectomies.
I have two siblings that are the result of a failed vasectomy. My Dad had not one but two extra working tubes and the doctors didn’t see that twice.... apparently it was so rare that doctors all over the country and grad students came in just to see the procedure that had to be done for him.
And in cases like these turn into ...a miracle.
That's why you're supposed to that one-year checkup.
I like that this man recognized how they both got into their relationship and the hurt it caused to others.
DAL Eight Yes, she didn’t on her ‘Where are they now’ episode of Oprah. She basically blamed Phillip for her unhappiness.
Well said. It takes a lot of courage esp for a man to say that their relationship cause pain and hurt to their individual families and that he is sorry about it.
Absolutely! It's nice seeing adults own up to their mistakes.
That reminds me of my relationship. I was in a relationship with my boss now I’m pregnant by him. I’m not proud of my mistake. But I don’t work for the company because I moved to another city and continued working for the resturant in another city. I got laid off when the corona virus happened. But in the back of my mind I wonder if he likes someone else at the job now. Because he did it with me so he would do it with someone else. It’s caused so many insecurities in our relationship because I wonder about this. He a good liar too. So.. I know the feeling. I wish this whole thing never happened.
@@rainebaylee683 ..hope you and your baby are well. .
This happened to a friend of mine. He accused her of cheating till a paternity test proved he was the father. The marriage ended during the pregnancy as she couldn’t get over the hurt he caused her.
I can imagine the hurt. You know that you have been faithful and you husband believes that you have been sleeping around. That’s devastating and a very deep hurt. I pray that she’s doing well
That's dumb though. They could have waited for a DNA test.
You can tell that even when they were in different lecterns, they absolutely love each other because of how respectful they were to each other in the courtroom. That baby is a MIRACLE and I have never wanted a positive result for that man so badly!!!! 😭😭😭

@Crystal Gibson Faith in God is truth.. Faith in humans is folly. Never compare the two, or you are sinful and devilish. If the woman is unfaithful, it is her fault as she fell to the temptations of the devil! The man is not wholly innocent, but is not to be at fault here. The man is the victim of her crimes. I thought they were amazing, for all the same reasons you mentioned. I don't think I have ever seen an episode like this. They are usually screaming and shouting over each other like they were in a Jerry Springer show. She was very attractive for a lady who has had 8 kids. good luck to them.
This is how people act when they're truly in love with each other, faults and all.
Watch the Oprah show where her selfishness really shines. She has real problems (buying useless things for herself while neglecting her kids), and now it seems she was cheating too with this fellow and then apparently drinking and pills. These people shouldn't be parents. Also, why would someone go on national TV airing these issues TWICE. She's some sort of exhibitionist. Also, why wouldn't he want a paternity test BEFORE this? Waiting to get on TV to do it? Sheesh.
C Skog I think it’s very clear why she acted like that before now. She was obviously not in a happy relationship then, which is probably why she started acting out. And her recent drinking problem is most likely due to the couples inability to conceive

Just curious, what did you think was cute about it other than the baby?
Her middle name is "sketchy".
@@MrsTiffanyMartinez I forget bc it's been three weeks since I watched the video.
Tiffany'- - ever heard the terms manipulative, self righteous, controlling.... just because he's not yelling does NOT mean he's not her very reason to drink??.right or wrong - she has been pushed down by him- threatened and accused by him and he thinks he has evry right to break her spirit instead of lift her up and encourage her. If she doesn't 'perform' to his expectations he will leave her - - -wow! What a man ....NOT ...Still waters run deep..remember that!
She was on Oprah for ruining her 1st husband's finances and refused to work.
Verde830 Can you post the episode??
Best episode. Overflowing love for each other. Refined and calm representation. No noisy arguments.
Much respect and happiness to this couple
A 1.5% chance and he is the father. This is a miracle for the both of them!
The Little one can officially yell out he is the 1%!!
I will take the baby gladly
@XWriter100 o
Ya.. And the mommy been drinking at the first three months of her pregnancy..and rejection af his daddy along the rest time, bring stress to the mommy. poor baby..if he really survive these things.. He is a real winner
HALF of 1%!!!

I like how both spoke to and about each other. Very respectable. She's an honest woman. Despite descriptions. God saved her life and her baby boy.
This is the first time that I have ever watched paternity court that she give it away she had a half smile on her face when she looked at the test results I love to watch this show
Probably one of the best episodes of this television series.
I loved the way these two people behaved. I loved that they respected each other. And I love that this couple is gorgeous. A beautiful man and a wonderful woman! I am truly happy for them and for the miracle that allowed them to have a baby! Best wishes for a happy life!
The moment judge lake opened the results, I can already see that it was his, the light on judge lake’s face and there’s almost tears in her eyes. Love her
Yup. I saw her little smile too
Me too.
Yes! You could see her face light up a bit! 🙂 so happy that baby is his! They seem like two genuinely nice people who have made really bad mistakes but own them and understand that. Very happy for them!
Me too..coz the baby facial feature looks exactly the same as his daddy..almost a xerox copy ..congratulations..to both of you..
@@angiesuarez1753 : yes, except baby has Mom's poppy eyes.
I got my tubes tied after my 3rd child, thought I had a stomach problem cause I was so sick, nope it was morning sickness and now I have 4 kids 🤦♀️🤷♀️
🤣😂
ThatRezChick 😱😱 My tubes been tied for almost 4 yrs now...🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻bless ur little miracle.
Congrats Fertile Myrtle 🥳🥳
Man they owe you some diapers and milk. Lol. Congrats
Good times 🍻😘
Truly is a "Miracle Baby Boy" as now they can Celebrate and Cherish this gift as it also demonstrates there was Trust and Fidelity as He can now feel more at ease with his beautiful wife. And indirectly they got their wish for a child together. I also pray for her continued sobriety and working on strengthening their Trust and communication. Although the Great relief of a Fabulous outcome also gives them pause as they could still have even More kiddos as he is no longer safe and she is still viable to get pregnant which at their age is something spectacular. They have beaten the odds and made us all Happy and Hopeful.
I’m so happy for them. Wonderful people
@Hello there, how are you doing this blessed day?
My heart aches for her... She is so lost that she couldn't , for the life of her, be certain the baby was his. I send her love, strength and the hope she finds self-love!
I mean I applaud her for admitting she had a problem before the baby; i also applaud her for the self recognition that she COULD have stepped out givin her state at the time conceiving, most women will admit to the drinking problem but won't entertain the idea that they could have stepped out when intoxicated. She had the balls to say I had a problem so bad I'd black out, that I couldn't say one way or the other. Im also really happy that it was a miracle baby.
So I guess you never saw her on the Oprah show then? NOT intelligent, totally selfish, fleecing her ex while cheating on him, kids never had medical insurance........Why on earth would you feel sorry for a pos like that
Passionate Picker maybe because I didn’t know she was on Oprah?
send me sum too
I actually saw a strong resemblance to the dad when I 1st looked at them!👍🏽
3 months pregnant and heavy drinking and pills , they are so lucky that baby is ok.
Kimberly Martyn thankfully most of what happens before you know you’re pregnant doesn’t hurt the baby. She stopped as soon as she knew.
Most women don’t know they are pregnant at 3 months. If they have planned to have a baby, then women usually stop drinking, while trying for a baby!
If you look closely, the baby looks like he may have quite a few of the classic signs of FASD judging by the facial structure (short nose bridge, thin upper lip, smooth philtrum). He's probably doing just fine though, being the miracle he is :)
The placenta doesn't form and connect the mother's blood to the baby until the end of the first trimester, so she found out just in time.
Dr Woo that is so not true. Period is about every 30 days if you’re healthy so how can you not notice!!!
I burst out in tears for little Caleb
I really cried and we're nervous , wow, a new oportunity to continuing being happy and their kids to continuing being Best Friends☀️✨ ❤❤❤❤
Her age plus the vasectomy. Wow. Miracle
Unless a woman has had her ovaries removed and has gone (not entered) thru menopause, it happens. Some women have kids in their 40's up to their early 50's. Depends on the woman.
@@alittlewheiser521 I know. But given the entirety of the situation, her advanced maternal age, his age AND the vasectomy, still a miracle
Very much a miracle!
@Anne Arteaga God had other plans..💗
Women in my family can have babies till they are 50. My aunt had her son at 43 (two weeks before she turned 44) and he was a "surprise baby".
That baby saved her life and their marriage wooow this was amazing and refreshing.
God is amazing
Why didn't the other 11 children she already have save her?
Amen
So why did they drag this through the public? Why not just have a test done?
Best comment on this thread. Why lose your dignity and embarrass your family on a public stage when a simple in private DNA test would have sufficed.
The participants make at least $1000 each in TV appearance fees
@@CablecolNot a lot of money to be paraded in public
Finally, no trash talking, just pure happiness at the result. Sorry it had to come to this but nice to see adults admit to their mistakes and take responsibility for their actions. Wow.
when the gentleman speak i dont know if to say amen or not.....he has that pastoral quality in his tone
Anthony Daniel he is a priest. So amen it is!
@@poppyphilips a priest? An episcopalian priest?
Felt that too. He has a gentle voice.
