How did you fix the Luba 1? You were fighting with the front bumper in the last update. Just curious. I have a Luba 1.5 (front Omni wheels)

I tried doing a shirt with the fix: Luba Fix - Robot Mower Obstacle Detection
      ua-cam.com/users/shortsseJSXkg-TIc?feature=share
It’s working perfectly now except the tank turns chew up the grass this time of year but it stays wetter.

Great video. Is there any way you can review the Hookii mower? I hear it is a very good mower. Thank you for the updates.

Great suggestion! Unfortunately, it looks like they are sold out.
I’ll reach out to them and see if there is any way to get one for the channel.

Switch to the Luba 2. =) You won't have issues with it pivoting and chewing up your lawn. Luba2 5k or 10k would handle your lawn great! I love my L2 3000H.

I have 2 months experience with my Orion Plus. I have had some issues which can be seen on facebook in the Sunseeker group. In regard to your brick border having trouble ,a no go zone is not the correct way to fix this issue. You should go to map settings and map around the flower beds and using the obstacle zone setting instead of boundary setting. It works great for me and I don't even have a brick border for the vision to see. I did this with all the obstacles in my yard and had no issues with the mower not respecting these obstacles. I too have a pretty complex lawn. While the vision system can detect most obstacles using the obstacle zone setting allows the mower to go around the obstacle much more efficiently than just relying on the vision system to detect obstacles.

I would love to use the obstacle zone setting but I can’t find that in the app. I can’t figure out how to make a zone inside of a zone

@@TheLawnEngineer It is just like how you did the original boundary mapping.1. Go to map settings 2. Select remote mapping, 3 connect bluetooth 3 you will see Please select map type 4 It will say add new zone 5. click on confirm 6. Wait for robot self check. 7. drive mower manually to the boundary of the obstacle. 8 when you are ready to start mapping around the obstacle click on the small arrow with a circle around it. 9 drive all around the obstacle and stop once you have completed going all around 10. then click on red stop button 11. it will ask you if you have completed mapping 12 say yes and you are done. There is one point I missed before you start mapping it will ask you what type map and select obstacle.
This is about as good as I can do without going through the actual steps myself. It is nearly exactly what you did for your original map except you are mapping an obstacle vs a zone and the AP will ask you what type mapping are you doing. Good luck

@@GrealdClaybrook Thank you for taking the time to explain this. I finally got around to making the map changes and it has resolved all of my issues. I just released an updated video.
In the latest app release it now calls them no-go zones in remote mapping!

Actually just received an update and there are remote mapping no go zones. Things are going well now.
