    I love, love, love Lauren’s workouts. I’m a 66 year old woman and I haven’t felt this strong, lean and flexible in years! I work as a medical professional in a women’s health clinic and everyday I have clients ask me how I stay in such great shape and I tell everyone about Lauren’s UA-cam channel!

    I’m 24 and I knew I needed an easy workout but I laughed at the thought of doing a workout for older people but lemme just tell you, this workout kicked my butt. I loved it! It was calm, easy paced and just all around a perfect workout for anyone just trying to find somewhere to start. 🙏🏽

      Same here! Not a senior, overweight, with autoimmune disease, was advised to not freak out my adrenal hormones and do slow, low weighted strength exercises that don't raise my pulse too much. Your channel is such an inspiration, I'm doing your beginner dumbbell videos on rotation on a daily basis and feel so good, such a game changer, thank you! 🙏

      Hi Lauren. You have so many wonderful workouts to choose from. We had beautiful weather here in PA yesterday, so I took a nice long walk. I knew I wanted to do a weight workout, and this was perfect. I used 5lbs each. My arms and legs are shaking, but I refuse to let anyone classify me as old! Thank you. You have been my lifesaver.     Thank you for this. I'm 76 and my wife is 79 and I came across your vid by just surfing. On a whim I thought I'd see how far I could go with it and lo and behold I was able to stay with you the whole session. We are now into the 3rd time and have already seen some positive changes, especially getting out of bed or up from the floor. My wife is using 2 lbs and I'm using 3 lbs and hope to increase as we go along. I'm looking forward to following some of your other sessions as we gain some strength and mobility back.

      @@Sohappeee1 if you are strength training it’s good to give the muscles a day of rest especially if you are sore. It would be good to do some walking, cardio or yoga on your days “off”

    I forgot to add something for all those people who are making comments. Remember that you are not supposed to lift weights 2 days in a row. You are supposed to do it every OTHER day. You can do some other form of exercise in between. This is because you must give the muscles that have lifted weights a break of 48 hours before you do it again. I have heard this rule repeated many times by experienced people who do weight lifting of every kind. Thanks.

    JUST turned 60yo and after 50+ years of accident/injury, hard work, breaks/tweaks, operations...OMG. THIS workout is JUST right. SO thankful to find someone who "gets" 'Senior' workouts! Just the right amount of encouragement with challenge and more encouragement and no pressure to MAAAAX or whatever. I've been here daily x 2 weeks now and just increased to 5# weights. This is after years of not working these muscles/groups. Wonderful full body weight training with Dumbbells. Bouncing back and forth with a similar one of your's since previous injuries prohibit "barre" work. I'd LOVE to see a "Senior & Beginner Workout - 30 Minute Full Body Weight Training with Dumbbells, II/2.0!" Thank you again! :)

    Hi Lauren, I'm 74 years old, live in Melbourne Australia and have enjoyed following fast-paced exercise programs until a few years ago. Unfortunately, arthritis in my hips, knee and feet derailed all of my good habits as I learned to not only deal with the pain but also that I had neglected my joints and to make sure they were in good condition. I also went on a discovery tour looking for an exercise program to fit my new reality, your videos are just perfect and are helping me get back the strength and agility that was my normal, thank you so much, Lauren, your exercises are deceptively simple and so effective.

    I am 67 and have done your other 33 min workout with weight 4 or 5 times. You are a godsend. I was looking for something just like your workouts. I have been using 3 lb. weights and will eventually move up to 5 lb. ones. I have been walking and doing yoga for most of my life, but never used weights. I was a little sore at first, but not anymore. Tonight I hope to try THIS workout. Thank you so much, and keep up the good work!

      Love this workout (I'm 76 and just starting after lying around for months) it's a challenge with 5 lb weights but I'll either get 3 lb or develop the strength to keep on with 5 lb. I'm so glad that I found these exercises! I'm doing them every day

    I am 67 and love your workouts! I have always worked out regularly, but as I've aged I have noticed I keep injuring myself. I do tend to push myself, so I am learn to be wiser in that regard. Your workouts are challenging enough to keep me feeling I have had a hard workout, but I have yet to injure myself. Thank you and please keep putting these type of videos out!

    I’m finding your Senior workouts with weights a great addition to my routine. I’m 58 years old and exercise to keep the symptoms of Parkinson’s at bay. I’ve been doing this for almost two and a half years but if I miss three days, the symptoms are worse

    I am 62 years old and workout 3-4 times a week. I like mixing up my routine with different workouts and your channel is just perfect. I used 5 pound dumbbells and finished it off with 8 pounds on the mat. I just subscribed to your channel and I absolutely love it!

    Loved this workout! Incorporates a lot of the shoulder and hip exercises suggested by physical therapists. More fun to do with you than alone in my basement!

    Wow wow…I really enjoyed the challenge & kept pace with you just mini modification for osteoporosis here & there..am 76 & moving between 3 & 4 kg dumbbells. Yay!🙏🫶

    I enjoy doing your workouts. I am 72 but could do this one quite well. I always lookout for all standing workouts since i am not supposed to do anything on the ground after my knee replacement surgery. Thanks for this and also for the ones with cardio & strength that were introduced recently.

    You are brilliant at doing the 'left- right mirror' so I can follow what I see on the screen. So many other websites forget that the viewer is mirroring the instructor and talk about "left" when the viewer will be on the right-side. Thank you

    After doing this workout several times with lighter weights, I advanced to 8 lbs and got through the entire workout. TY for making me stronger and givng me the confidence to advance weights.

    This workout has helped a lot to reduce pain in my upper back, upper chest and shoulders. It’s muscle pain comes on with exercise then subsides after a while when I’m fully warmed up. It started years ago soon after trying HIIT for the first time on an exercise machine. I think it was the HIIT that injured those muscles. That was high impact HIIT, as I know your videos are low impact. An orthopedic surgeon could not find anything wrong or offer any help. This full body workout with dumbbells strengthens those muscles without causing pain and appears to be healing them as I always have less pain the following days. I also like doing the Balance, Strength & Core exercises along with the Full Body Weight Training with Dumbbells exercises. Thanks!
