I like this guy very much. I like how he changes exercises often so you don't feel fatigued. But it does go a little fast if you have a vulnerable joint. But I feel I can do it thanks for the encouragement. , 😊

If I roll my neck I'll be listening to a lot of bone crunches, I have a few herniated disc in my neck and spine.
I have one arm completely in plaster and am getting stiff as I have to lie a lot. I'm m trying to adjust the ex to what I am able to do (leaving my arm out of the routine).
