    I am a certified TIYT, trauma informed yoga therapist and kundalini yoga instructor. I teach Kirtan kriya in my mindfulness workshops and my weekly classes. I did this for 62 minutes a day for a 40 day sadhana. It changed my brain. ✨ It felt magical even though I understood the science of it.

    Too bad he forgot to mention the focus aspect of it all. Which is to imagine a blue light/energy, whatever you want to call it to enter through your head from above and exit through the front (between eyebrows) during the mantra.
    I was introduced to Kirtan Kriya years ago and have been a fan ever since.

    The singing is missing. It’s a song sa ta na ma. ??? It’s 12minutes ideally. Disappointed you didn’t give a link to allow people to really learn the practice. I wish you well in your journey of helping people vs research only. Remembering the heart leads the way vs the ego and you will shine. You are so knowledgeable and do such great work thank you. 🙏🏻🧘🏻‍♀️💜💗
