I very much like this video. It's calming, energizing and centering. Some kirtan kriya videos have ads that interrupt in the middle of the meditation practice, ruining the flow. Yours has just one ad in the very beginning. Then I can complete the meditation in peace.
One question: I'm having difficulty visualizing energy. Unless I'm touching the top of my head or middle of my forehead I don't really feel them, so to visualize energy moving through these places feels like a hard thing to do. Any tips or alternative ways of thinking about this?
Does anyone else cry during this meditation? When I get the the whispered portion (and the whispered portion only) I start to ugly cry. What does this mean?!?!?!
@Juli Gabi - this meditation is a well known Kundalini Yoga meditation. The three languages of consciousness are used in this meditation: Aloud - the voice of the human; represents awareness of the things in the world. Whisper - the voice of the lover; experiencing the longing to belong. Silent - the voice of the divine; we mentally vibrate within, meditating on Infinity. There maybe some subconscious emotions that are coming up for you while you are whispering. That’s ok. It’s cleansing, clearing, transmuting. Allow the emotions to flow through you, and do not try to over analyze them, but be aware, and allow them to flow. There is also a recording by Nirinjan Kaur on UA-cam that you can use for the music, for timing - It’s called Kirtan Kriya - there is a short version and a long version. I wonder if I would still benefit from this without the finger movement? Sore and swollen fingers......
My trainer told me that if I cannot move my fingers, to visualize it. It's just as good.
It gives me pain in my thumb bases. Is there an alternative movement?

Can i do this meditation for my mom 's Alzheimers to be healed?
Are you cure your alzimer by meditation?
I think this help prevent it but a change of diet probably helps your mom
