Oh .. love it when you do this stitch. I've made many a rug for family gifts. It's awesome. Would REALLY love to have a tutorial in a C2C style rug in the same stitch. Thoroughly enjoy your channel. Cheers from Western Australia. ✌🏻🧶🩷🌷🌿
Thank you so much! Yes, I will definitely add it to my list. I've been wanting to make a c2c blanket for a very long time, so I'm definitely going to do it this year. 😊
@@esperanca2012 .. well .. I personally do love a beaut 10ply acrylic yarn .. it's not too thick and not too thin. Perfect for any size blanket, throw, rug whatever you're project. That's my take anyway. ✌🏻🧶🌷🌿
Love this!!! I’m gonna be a grandma for the first time in April 🩵🩷 Definitely gonna ad this one the my collection of items for the baby or even Mom❤️ Thank you!
As I was watching, I was thinking "how do I give the foundation chain side that beautiful scallop?" And bam you covered that too! Thanks for such a clear tutorial!
Thank you for showing this! I had asked the question about scalloping the foundation row on your original video because I was stuck after completing it. So I’m very happy you shared the solution. Love it!
Hi there, just chiming in as well, I agree with what the other have said in the comments. You could also try the first method that I showed in the video and work it all the way around. I would add maybe 2 extra chains in the corners so the blanket doesn't curl.
Hi there, thank you for your purchase! 😊 I've added notes and photos on how to get the foundation chain to look like the other three sides in the Haven Blanket PDF pattern.
Curious about making it into a pillow but ive never done one before. Any tips for this idea? Also do i put a small pillow inside or stuffing. I probably will wash it in a machine from time to time. Thank you for your help.
Hi there, I actually made a pillow with this stitch. It's called the Haven Pillow Pattern. You can find the free pattern on my website and there's also a link in this video tutorial in the description box. To answer your question, I sewed the crochet cover onto a fabric pillow cover. This way I can just pull out the pillow when I go to wash the cover. But I offer both options in the pattern, so it's totally up to you. 😊
I really appreciate the fact that you start a third row for people. Enjoyed your video.
Thank you so much! 😊
I love this stictch!! Ive made 3 afgans with it. So glad you go into showing the 3rd row for those that have never worked it before❤

Merci 👍❤️🌹
You're welcome! 😊
Very easy but I would prefer straight borders on the sides. Have you an idea ?
Maybe add 4 ch to the starting chain then do 2 double crochets at the beginning & the end?? 🤔
OK i'll try. Thanks 😊
Or do a pretty lace edging all around.

It's very pretty, is it possible to use a smaller hook
Absolutely! You can use any hook and yarn for this stitch pattern. 😊
Brava brava
Thank you! 😊
I'm purchasing the pattern, are your tips in the written pattern? 😊

Can you do this with a smaller hook and smaller yarn?
I believe you can do any pattern with any size yarn and hook. Smaller needs more chains added on originally.
Couldn’t imagine why not 😊
Just chiming in as well, but yes you could certainly use a different hook and yarn. 😊
what weight yarn?
Hi, I used a bulky-weight yarn in the tutorial. But you can make this stitch with any weight yarn.
