If I try to do it from my phone that is what happens I can find the download in the school but when I click on it it shows subscription and nowhere to log in. I cant print from my phone so I email it to me after I download from desktop, this has always worked. Thank you for your help

It’s not you, when I click on download, it comes up with a subscription price. The op may know what to do. In the meantime what I do, us write my own instructions step by step as shown. I hope that helps you in some way. I’ll pray fir your nephew, it’s tithe season of miracles, don’t give up hope ever. God bless and happy crocheting, snd no one thinks you’re crazy.
