Thank you so much for explaining this. I just attended one of his events on a whim and had a terrible time and couldn’t figure out what happened. But you made it make sense. I couldn’t let go. The pain got too intense I had to stop. I felt like I wanted to die. I unfortunately did puke. My issue was I couldn’t make myself feel anything emotionally. Like I was feeling everything in my body happening but nothing in the mind. All I could think about was the pain. It was such an intense experience for me that I wasn’t prepared for. I saw the videos and knew about the screaming and crying but I was blindsided about the pain. I now know I have a lot of work to do.

I Love this video so much, thank you. I found a 5 minutes breathwork video that I go to now and then but I can't deny how it makes me feel. I was commuting from work one evening and I had a headache plus I was emotionally down, so I decided to try the video. I was shocked at how I felt afterward even though I could not keep up with the 5 minutes but I felt so much better. I really need to invest more in this practice.

That’s beautiful!! I hope you are still doing it :) it’s amazing how the Prana/breathe is always with us - so close at hand if we know how to be conscious of and use it! Thanks for the reminder!

STumbled upon this video and it seems like the breathwork version of Ayahuasca.

Exactly! Just a shorter time frame and a little less intense; but I agree!

Thanks for this review. I'm going to attend in NY... I mean, it can't hurt. There's tons of things I'd like to let go. And while I seem to on a conscious level, every so often I'm triggered to a meloncholy place that makes me think I haven't healed. Because if you've healed, certain things shouldn't be triggers anymore, right? I think so 🤷🏾‍♀️ thx again!

Yea it's definitely helpful! Sometimes things like this deep breath-work or psychedelic use or certain yogic practices like kundalini yoga can help us get to a deeper level and touch, heal and see things more clearly.
      I think it's worth it! 🙏🏻❤️

Oh my goodness I feel exactly the same way. Like all the work I’ve done, either I didn’t do it right or my vibration wasn’t high enough or worse that I am creating this 😢 thank you for helping me not feel so alone or like a freak lol

Hi Alex - can you provide an outline of the workshop you experienced? I am thinking of attending the upcoming workshop in Chicago next month. A girlfriend wants to attend with me but she has challenges lying on her back for long periods of time. The total length of the workshop is over 2 hours. How long is the breath work portion? Any additional info you can provide would be great! I did email Witalij via his webpage and Instagram - but received no reply. TIA

      Hi!
From what I remember, the intensive breath work is about 45 minutes. And then there is a sort of cool down after for probably 15-20 minutes, and the beginning they sort of speak, and explain things about the practice, it's benefits and what might come up
You are lying on your back for at least an hour of the time if not more. I'm not sure if there is the option to sit up the whole time, but I am sure she can stretch out a little bit and even sit up a bit if needed. And maybe suggest bringing a cushion, or bolster for her to put under a certain part of her back or glutes if that may help!

I've only been to one so I'm just going off what I remember, but that should be the rough outline! :) 🙏🏻

Why does nobody talk about the fact this guy charges 100-140 bucks per person For a group class, packs class with 300 people. There is no personalized experience. Repeats 5 days in a row. Dude is Literally raking in over $150,000 in a week.
I’m sorry but charging people between 100 and $140 for a group session and we want to pretend like he is some Saint? Nope.

    • @becomingnobodywithalex
      @becomingnobodywithalex  Рік тому +16

He does have a lot of staff there and rents a space but yes, I am sure making a very good return!
Which doesn’t necessarily mean anything you know. People who provide services in spiritual areas still are allowed to make money, and if they didn’t would have to do a different job and not offer the service, plus if people are willing to make that investment in themselves it’s up to them.
To me, it was good, not insane and I wouldn’t likely do it again. But I do believe it provides a lot of benefits and can really be huge for someone who hasn’t done a lot of that inner work yet, weather through breath-work , meditation, psychedelics, etc.
I hear you though. I just think we can’t be so quick to judge people in the spiritual community making money, if we don’t feel it’s aligned for us then we don’t do it ya know. 🙏🏻

I’m glad I ain’t the only one who thinks like this, the best way to make money is by fooling people who are currently in a vulnerable state, by the time they’re done in the class, they might paid to write good reviews and come back to their lives just as they were before attending that course. I’ve seen people saying they found divinity, prosperity, chakra, aioswaskaa 😂 but hey, guy is a genious

Quit spamming your same stupid comment on any video associated with Witality. I attended one of his seminars and it was beneficial. You’re criticizing someone else’s hard work that you don’t even have firsthand experience of.
