Breathwork has the potential to bring about intense feelings. Because of the strong physical and emotional releases that may arise, it’s not recommended for everyone. Please talk to your doctor before practicing.
Additionally, some types of breathwork can induce hyperventilation, which can bring on dizziness, chest pain, and pounding heartbeat.
It is common for your body to undergo physiological changes while doing breathwork; body temperature fluctuation, numbness and tingling in your arms and legs, tightness in your hands. Do not worry, this will all return back to normal as your breath does.

Towards the end my body was shaking, so much shame and sadness was being released. I felt this new love for myself and for others. I saw how much resentment I was holding in my body for myself and others. It was a massive release for me. Thank you for putting this video out there.

I’m currently on 51 hours, of a 72 hour water fast and wow! I literally felt each chakra burning up all sorts of old memories, feelings, thoughts, & beliefs!
I heard (& felt) my vagus nerve being healed & repaired!
And at the end, I saw a continuous light covering my whole entire being in a synchronous rhythm that was just healing every cell in my body! I feel like my energy & mind is back to a much earlier state in my life that I really enjoyed! I’m also more present, & melting away soo much resistance! I am on day 4 of a 5 day water fast. I just read your comment just before breathing. It was so incredible. I felt at one with the universe. A rush of love and feelings of bliss. The visuals were amazing. This is my first fast, but I will be adding this to my next one.

This is literally one of the most powerful experiences I’ve had! This guided breath work is the best method I’ve found to reach the absolute core of the beautiful light being that we are.
It takes you through each chakra. Balancing each one with concepts, breath, and music that is tuned perfectly to the frequency of each. Then it ends with a meditation that brings you to the pure essence of being.
This is absolutely psychedelic, transformational, and exhilarating. I’ve posted about this specific video before, but I cannot rave enough about it. I know an hour seems like a big ask, but the growth and healing that happens in this hour is far worth it.
If you’re not used to breathwork and you start getting the cramping in your hands or it feels uncomfortable, simply stop breathing deeply for a bit until it becomes tolerable. Another tip is to breathe out less than you breathe in so your carbon monoxide doesn’t build up so much as to cause the tetany.

I have purchased premium because the value of this and other healing providers is well worth it. Not everyone can afford it-I barely can some months-but I believe that the worker is worthy to receive an offering. I cut out subscriptions to other things that provide less tangible benefits to body and soul. Entertainment grows dimmer as other things shine more brightly. I am not here to speak for anyone else, and everyone gets it that it’s annoying to be “subscribed to death.” And it’s truly becoming unsustainable, so eventually the model will crumble or evolve. By then, I hope to be self sufficient, or to be a part of an IRL community of some sort that supports my journey to love, gratitude, forgiveness, and whatnot. Who knows though, we might all be rich as hell, partying, and ignoring breathwork because we decided to become douchebags. I have learned that life is nothing but surprising, lol. We might all be broke. We might be in a world so dire that we pine for these days. I’ma try to keep being light and love as long as I know how. Peace and love yall.

This is the most amazing breathwork session i’ve found online. My stress and anxiety has been through the roof lately. My nervous system has been so dysregulated that i’ve had no motivation to do anything and have been so overstimulated. At the end I was crying and shaking and felt the most amazing emotional release. My mindset shifted completely after doing this. This is definitely something I need to start incorporating into my everyday routine❤️

I was a bit skeptical at first: I went to a really deep meditative state with this guided breathwork, but I didn’t experience an obvious release of something. I wasn’t sure if this type of breathwork would actually help me.
But 1 day later (I did the breath work yesterday) I have to admit that my baseline anxiety/stress level has actually dropped a lot! I can be more flexible and calm in my thinking at the moment, so I can only thank you for this! I will try it again later this week or next!

That was truly amazing. This is the second breathwork i am doing with you on youtube. The first one made me cry and this one made me smile, generating light and love from within and around me. Twice during this breathwork I kind of fell a sleep or something like that. It was probably only a few seconds everytime. The second time I was like in a dreamstate looking at the wall beside me. I was confuse. Asking myself where am I. I don´t even know if I knew who I was. While staring at wall it all felt so meaningless...also felt like a blanket or light pressure over my upperbody. Then I started to hear the guiding voice again. Will do this again in a few days. Also great when you switching vocies. Thanks!

Omg 😱 omg 😱 and oh my bloody god 😱 what on earth happened to me then, that is the first time in ages that I can remember doing something for the first time, I’m very surprised this is not made illegal 😂 I cannot believe where I have just been, to a place I have never been, and released so many emotions, and cried uncontrollably like a little child, I couldn’t feel my arms I couldn’t feel my legs. My whole body and soul was transported to a world of ecstasy.
What can I say?
