Iam in the middle of a mental health crisis. I had childhood trauma.I read all these messages about people crying at the end and couldn't imagine why that would be. Then I sobbed. Thank you. I hope this will help me, and others like me, as we try to heal. x

The experience I had was: I saw me, the 16 year old girl who had no friends hiding in a school corridor pretending to read - but imagining myself with Source and then reminding myself that I am not alone… experiencing Source then… and the experience I had this morning was that it was actually me then enjoying the presence of my future self. Somehow this morning I bent space and time and was spending time with my 16 year old self conscious self - this was the most intense feeling I have ever felt! I cannot explain to you what this session meant to me ❤

I have tried probably every single inner child healing video on UA-cam, and this is the only one where I had a deep, intense, transformation! Just a little suggestion… when you got to the meditation part, y’all kept speaking so fast that I had to turn it down to .75 speed, and then even to .5 (which sounded weird, but worked). Also, some pauses between everything would have been nice. When processing from deep within the subconscious, jumping into the next thing (even just the next statement to inner child) cuts off the release and leaves the remainder of those emotions remaining within the body. Giving a solid 15 seconds in between will significantly increase the healing to the listener. Once I slowed the video down to .5 though, I had an amazing experience. I actually kept jumping back to the gratitude part and going through the process, each time with a slightly older version of my inner child. I went through 8x, with 7 different ages (my poor high school self needed a little extra extra love 🥹🥲). The last one was such a unique experience… It was my younger self from earlier today. I did still cry, but tears of joy, and accomplishment.

Wow. I moved a lot of energy from my sacral chakra out, which felt sensual and fun, so much so thst I wasn’t expecting to have a release of tears during the meditation. Love and deepest most sincere gratitude sent to the lost young woman who despite being in Hell and guided only by intuition, chose to do the work that led me to be a phenomenal and powerful woman who is living the life she always wanted.
I have been experiencing being-overwhelmed and trying to pay attention to what meditations come up during that time. This morning it was this one after having a dream about a child riding in a car. I do feel this is what I needed this morning to get through the day

I didn’t know that feeling of love was love I have felt it before but love for me has also been unsafe, love from others was mixed with abuse and so love was mixed with fear Now that I’ve felt safer and away from these people, I’ve been able to connect more with that pure love energy Whenever I get reiki done it feels like love

This was an incredible experience. Meeting my inner child, I burst into tears as I went back to the day I was born. I saw myself and was in awe of how precious I am. My parents, who I am not connected with very much now, looked at me with love in their eyes and unconditional love. This is what I needed in witnessing this pure moment as I continue to navigate these parent wounds with my inner child. Thank you again for this.

I didn’t know that feeling of love was love
I have felt it before but love for me has also been unsafe, love from others was mixed with abuse and so love was mixed with fear
Now that I’ve felt safer and away from these people, I’ve been able to connect more with that pure love energy
Whenever I get reiki done it feels like love

the voices of these people and the specific way of guidance combined with this specific music, the flow, the effects, is just... 5 years ago I started searching for meditations that will work for me, but I always failed at each and every one of them,. This was an incredible experience. Meeting my inner child, I burst into tears as I went back to the day I was born. I saw myself and was in awe of how precious I am. My parents, who I am not connected with very much now, looked at me with love in their eyes and unconditional love. This is what I needed in witnessing this pure moment as I continue to navigate these parent wounds with my inner child. Thank you again for this.
