Hi Melanie. Mmmm these do look so good. A nice simple recipe and the quick cooking convenience of the airfryer. Who doesn't like a blueberry muffin...🤤 with a cuppa. I add a few drops of lemon essence and lemon zest to my recipe, it's delicious. Cheers. 😀🤤👍🇦🇺

Oh wow these look absolutely delicious. Thank you for sharing this. I had no idea you can bake in an air fryer. I have been putting off buying one but now that I’ve seen this I’m getting one tomorrow. Do you know if you can use paper or foil type muffin cups or only silicone?
I'm no Melanie Cooks, but I can tell ya both would work but coconut would turn out better. Word on the street is rice milk is the best substitute for baking, cup for cup.
I never tried it, so not sure. I'm guessing no, because paper alone is not strong enough to hold the ingredients, paper cups are meant to be used inside the muffin tin
@@MelanieCooksRecipes the top of the muffins have a hard surface like biscuits. I read it's maybe because I mixed the batter wrong? I mixed the batter like a smoothie. Is that wrong to do?
When you cook things in the air fryer, the top does get crunchy because the heat comes from the top of the air fryer, so it's normal. If you don't like that, try reducing temperature by 25F

yes you can use paper or foil cases :) if you use paper ones just make sure you use sturdy ones that won't deform and leak

I tried came out so good temperature i used is 120 C for 30 minutes

Emeril Lagasse 4 qt air fryer from Target. It’s 4 years old though, I think they discontinued this model

I followed your exact recipe and did my air fryer for 20 mins at 300 f and it came out looking like bread at the top. Help
