Hope everyone likes MiRacle Pool!!! Thanks for all the love and support :)
I place the pool table directly ontop of my dining room table and matches perfectly so able to lean on to set up shots.
Please design a way to mount the controller to an actual pool que or better yet, design an actual pool que controller.
The physics are awesome in the game and has a very bright future.
This would be cool. Wonder if it would come from Meta or 3rd party like logitech
I enjoyed a few games of pool on app labs but i did not buy it because at the time there was no option to have a smaller table (yes our houses in the uk are not like an american home😂) I know you could pull it around the room into positions but then the emmursion was lost, but now we can actually opt for a smaller table i will be buying this!😁👍
@@paulm1606you could go to your local park and set it up on a picnic table.
Game is amazing thank you 🎉😊
After playing several hours last night, my number one request for the devs would be to allow us to lock position on both hands individually. Getting aim and English set simultaneously is a MAJOR source of frustration.
Loving MP so far! It’s the eleven of pool
Note that you can launch Spotify or some other web page in the Quest browser and start some music and then launch any game. If the music stops, you can go to the System Menu -> Notifications to restart is and get to the play/pause and next/previous controls.
This!! Such a great tip
In the latest v67 update, you get an even nicer integrated UI for handling any media you've got playing in the browser. It no longer needs to reside in the notification center. It can float right above the menu bar (or is it below it? I can't remember). I was so excited when it worked even in the way you just described, but it was a little too obfuscated. Now it's damn near perfect. They also added better window management, especially with the browser windows. It's closer to apple vision pro now, but not perfect just yet. This update is a must get. Hop on the PTC channel - just know it's beta, so there may be bugs sometimes.
yeah, its only a matter of time before someone leans on the table and hits the floor. I know this because I saw a video of a billiards champion in VR do exactly that. Actually, its hilarious.
ı can let you know, ı tried it a few weeks ago cause I was so immersed. Did not fall or hit the floor but it was scary.
We need more MR games like this. MR experiences counter the fair argument that VR cuts people off from the outside world.
Also, with games that people already know how to play IRL, the game itself teaches noobs how to use XR mechanics.
Drooling over here & just wish, as you say, it had a way to play w/ a tracked real stick.
I almost sat down on the stool between rounds in Mr mode on thrill of the fight when I first played it that way.
Friendly reminder not to lean on our pool table then! ;)

Looks good game with friends
And making new friends (hopefully not enemies) in ranked multiplayer!
Thanks for ll the information about Miracle Pool game. I have a Quest 3 but have not gotten the game yet. I will definitely get this game sometime in the near future.
Thanks for the video and take care.
This game is 🔥
agreed!
Appreciate the love 🙌
I immediately thought of that new tracked pen stylus when I saw this too. Good call on going mixed reality with this - it looks like a must have. It will blow the competition out of the water.
You got Me at STICK
Thanks for the vid, and it's well done. Getting a good look at a VR game in action before buying it (or not) is appreciated.
Glad you liked it! (≡)-)
I got the game yesterday and mostly enjoyed it. I turned on the browser for music as the music was boring. I turned on my old quest 2 and downloaded the game in the hopes that I could get my friend and my dad to try vr but it would not allow me to play on my second quest at the same time. This was a bummer as I would give either one of them my quest 2 if they seemed interested in vr. They are not going to buy one, create an account , buy the game just to see. They are VR tech resistant.
I have a small space and can't get the table to open
I just want Sports Bar VR to work again. It was the best pool / billiards game in VR.
Yeah... I miss Sports Bar VR. Many great nights just hanging out in there!
Mine struggling to pick up holing the cue. Jumps all over
Redo your boundry
Does this game have co location ? So me and my finance will see the same table in the same place in our apratment ?
You can easily overlay your two tables in your real world space as if it was co-located. We do it all the time! Official co-location support is something we hope to implement as the technology continues to improve.
@@MiraclePoolOfficial if you end up adding co-location play please let us know! (≡)-)
Just gotta figure out how to mount the controller to an actual pool que.
Someone please do this and tell us when you do! haha
@@MiraclePoolOfficialI've been playing around with some industrial velcro and getting it fine tuned with decent results actually.
You guys have a discord I can post pictures?
Sweeeet
"SnukR" Whats that?
The late-night iteration of a Jersey Shore character
Nice looking but the sound is awful
Much to quiet... Unbelievable
lol a tracked pool que? naw but the table to rest on, just put the in-game table on top of a real table
Having a tracked pool cue would add stability to the shots as well as giving players something tactile, similar to why we see VR gunstocks for shooters. Obviously this would be a pretty niche controller, but for those who want to take an experience like this one deeper down the rabbit hole, a custom controller would definitely help with that. As for the table idea, that could work very well but I don't know many folks who have a large rectangular table that would size up correctly? If they did, then that would for sure be a great way to play this game!
We'd love to support anyone who wants to make a cue accessory for quest controllers :). I can see that working well especially if you have something to lean on
I tried the beta but felt it only really works well when you have enough space. Otherwise something like ForeVR is just better as the controls are more flexibel for smaller playspaces
I never got a chance to play the Beta... Did it have the option for the smaller table?
@@vrgamerdude don't know, I'd need to check I think it's still installed on my headset
@@vrgamerdude Yes! There is a smaller table option. You can even play standing in place (or even seated after a long day) and just rotate and move the table with handles :) try it and let us know what you think!
@@MiraclePoolOfficial I am actually the person who made this video... I was just inquiring if the smaller table was an option in the beta release since the OP had mentioned not having enough space to play it. I love the resize and move options you have added to the game and personally find them very useful as I mentioned in the video and in my article covering the game on our site.
