    Bought a wrecked blue focus RS at auction a few months ago and I finally got it fixed up and road legal again. I looove it so much. Even more than my old 2016 GT which I sold once the RS was road legal. It’s not as fast but it makes up for it in fun to drive ness. Your RS is such a goal I hope I can make mine as epic as that one day.

    It’s really helpful hearing your recommendations on where first to spend money on upgrades, especially keeping the oil temps down - some people may overlook this. Subscribed and looking to hear more about your build, especially a video walking around the whole build.

    Where are you getting your power numbers? The Accessport? I have a Cobb and some basic bolt-on’s and my Accessport is telling me I’m around 450/450 at 28ft lbs of boost. I’ve tracked it and I’ve had zero reliability issues. Tune was from Alan at Edge Autosport.

    So from what I am getting is, to your knowledge access port tunes for about 400 brake horse power all stock motor and everything is no problem. Do you think it would pass smog in general?

    Love the car!! Very clean but also serves a purpose, footage is a must! Also the steering wheel would match my theme on my fost very right well, black 2015 st2 with the tangerine scream seats and a yellow shift boot to match. that would be cool on the interior 😳

    I’m pretty sure the “oil cooler” is actually the complete opposite. Just like how they went to a head-ifold instead of an exhaust manifold. They claim bringing the motor to operating temps sooner helps with motor longevity.

    • @macpettit2327
      @macpettit2327  5 років тому +1

      Either way you will be voiding your warranty, and every car is unique, so a custom tune will allow the tuner to specifically dial it in for your car and your engine, either way, it’s still a bit risky, but sometimes you gotta risk it for the biscuit haha

    • @macpettit2327
      @macpettit2327  5 років тому +1

      It's unique in the way that it's priced, right off the bat, it appears to be the cheapest 'name brand' intercooler on the market. But it has two major differences vs its competitors, both Mountune and Mishimoto come with a 5" core and are both Anodized Black, whereas the ETS only has a 4" core and comes 'unfinished', when you opt for the 5" core ETS Anodized, the prices are very close. Non the less its a great intercooler and I had an ETS on the car for about 2 years
