I really enjoy your channel and in particular the one where you change your MAP sensor. I own a 2012 c250 coupe 1.8L turbo gas. Its identical to yours. You provided a site on Ebay but it states that it will not fit my car.
The # on mine is
0 261 230 251.
The one on the Ebay site is

I'm have a really hard time finding this MAP sensor and Mercedes can't find them, it's on back order. Please help me out.

Hey flexx, quick question. Did you just detach the clamp to the negative terminal to disconnect the battery? I know this may be a silly question.
I always disconnect the battery when working in the engine bay or anything electrical. I disconnect both to be safe.
Flex my C250 engine fan is cycling high low frequently. Notice it a parking lot speeds. No codes and ac works fine car runs well. Maybe a relay or sensor, any ideas?
Hey mine does that, but i think it is because when it is on the Auto setting it modulates the air to keep it a certain temp in the car. Did you figure it out?

theres no maf in a C250. Only 2 map sensors, 1 air sensor, 1 boost pressure sensor. Look at this video. It's Part 2 cause theres a Part 1.

Any recommendations to fix P0068 at C250 W204 As i replaced both Map sensor and boost pressure sensor including clean Throttle Body but fualt back after one day driving especially no vacuum leaks at all
I tried everything. I honestly think it’s an ecu probrom and it’s needs a firmware update or something. Cause I tried everything and nothing fixed it. Change sensors, went back to stock in the engine, smoke tested it for leaks, new battery, and nothing. I was scratching my head for an entire month.

Damn. Yeah. The sensors are cheap anyway. I changed my crankshaft position sensor and my camshaft position sensor. They are each held on by like 2 small bolts. You should be able to find a diagram online. Just look up the sensors on a m271 evo engine. That’s the engine on a c250.
Hi can a map sensor be cleaned with mass air flow cleaner??
I wouldn’t clean it. I rather just replace it since it’s a cheap part anyway.

A few months ago, I got a CEL and when I connected my OBD, it was P0068 (MAP/MAF - Throttle Position Correlation). After watching your videos, I replaced the 2 MAP sensors, and the boost pressure sensor. The CEL is still there. I was reading online what else can cause the CEL to stay on after replacing the sensors. The only thing left to replace is the Mass Air Flow sensor but I can't locate it in the engine. Can you help me?
Common problem that I also experienced and what sucked was that I did so many cleaning and replacement and even turned my car back to stock and nothing fixed it. It actually randomly went away on its own and never came back. I literally have no idea what was the cause.

Not that I’ve seen over the years. I honestly think it has to do with a ecu software update or something. Cause I cleaned/replaced my sensor, turned my engine back to stock, and smoke tested it for leaks. Nothing solved it and it went away magically by itself. It’s probably a glitch in the ecu and it needs a firmware update.
Hey flex. I changed out my 2 map sensors near the air sensor
I have a 2013 C250 and when I put it all back together my car doesn't want to go over 2 rpms and I notice the hose that connects to the throttle body is getting a suction to that hose. Almost like a vacuum problem now. Any help? Wrong air sensor ? Would that even cause that?
Don’t know. I never had that issue. If they are directly replacements, shouldn’t be a problem. You could have installed wrong parts, or connections aren’t tight, or you removed these sensors while the cars battery is still connected so that could cause faults in the ECU and codes needs to be cleared to run properly. If you can’t solve it, def get a mechanic to look at it.

Hy, i got a w204 facelift and i got problem with maf sensor or something like that, i change the maf sensor with a original one( continental) and i have the same problem, before that i change the air filter,a original mb filter and the problem persist... the car have check engine light one and the engine don t have power...

Hey man! I got my car fixed at Mercedes’. Last year my car also read p0340. It was diagnosed with a cam shaft replacement and timing chain. I couldn’t afford it at the time, a year later I went and they fixed it for free. A month later, today I got a code P0068, I wanted to ask flex if this can be related? If it would be worth going to pay for the diagnosis so they can see if it is. Got all work done at the dealer and have ever receipt ! My car doesnt feel different, just the CEL turned on.
My car wouldn’t start right away, it would always make a rattle sound. And when I would speed the power would drop like my car would stutter. All that is fixed now. Changed spark plugs, fixed the cam shaft even chained my thermostat, but today that code p0068 turned on. My car has 85000 miles, 2013 c250
P0068 is completely different and separate. I got that when I had my c250 and tried everything. Changing sensors, cleaning the throttle body, checking for vacuum leaks, and changing the air filter. Nothing worked and And weird as it sounds, it randomly went away one day by itself. 🤷🏻♂️ my car drove fine before and after the fault too.

Where is the mass air flow sensor located
There’s no MAF sensor in a c250. The c250 uses different types of sensors as shown in this video and in part 1 video.
