Congratulations to the 2024 Master Shipbuilders! It is with great appreciation that #IngallsShipbuilding congratulates and recognizes shipbuilders who have achieved four decades of continuous service.
These Master Shipbuilders have reached 40 years of service at Ingalls, with many joining an elite club of shipbuilders who are continuing their service beyond 40 years.

I have talk to many people in different industry and companies about worker knowledge and how it's passes on from worker to worker and I have notices that in some instances retired workforces have been called back into action to jobs that knowledge has been lost do you have a plan for worker knowledge retention?
