I tried the first day practice today. Hope to follow the schedule and finally do chakrasana. It was good to follow along
Completed Day 2 after Day 2 routine. Wow, this was really good. Simple shoulder stretch in the end but very effective. Mild shaking of the shoulders suggested the weakness, so I completed 2 sets of 10 each. Also liked the side stretch a lot, so paused the video and increased the number of repetitions there as well.

Dear Neha, thank you for your videos. I have taken upon myself to do a Chakrasana in November, and while looking through videos of yoga asanas for hints, I found yours. I have done upto day 2 and feel very good! Your exercises, which I looked through for all 7 days are really good, and progressive. First of all I would like to thank you a lot Neha..I was very inflexible..I watched many videos of yoga on youtube but ended up getting pain instead of flexibility maybe because I did it in a wrong way..1 month back I came across one of your videos on youtube and the way you explain each and every posture is quite remarkable..I then subscribed you channel and started your 21 days yoga videos...I haven't completed it yet but now I'm way more flexible than I was 1 month back.. Your yoga videos are very very nice
When I try to bend backwards while standing on knee, my thighs tend to move backwards instead of remaining in 90 degrees angle. Please suggest.

You can’t really focus on particular body part you have to work on the whole body. Surely in future videos you’ll find other benefits of yoga practice as well😊🙏

My question is how many times or for how many minutes do we need to practice each asana.. and do we have to do it in sequence and then repeat the whole sequence or we have to practice each asana seperately.?
Hi you just have to start with day one and when you reach day to you have to practise both the days together when you reach day three you have to practice all three days together when you reach day four you have to practice all four days together so like that you have to continue practice for seven days😊🙏
