So happy to be able to watch and can along with you. I did the turkey stock, then the turkey stock onion stock with black beans, then had some beans and stock left over and made black beans and rice for the first time threw in some seasonings. It’s all fabulous! Ordered some of the jar lids you recommended. Thanks Linda!

I’ve been using forjars lids. They seem to be slightly better quality than the substandard bell lids that are being sold now. I did have one buckle slightly yesterday. First time that has ever happened. I love having that many lids stacked in a sleeve.

Hi Lisa, a quick question for you please. Have you ever had a Ball lid buckle on you? Thank you.

The sale doesn’t start until the evening of Nov 24 and goes until the 28th, I think.

Black beans are literally the next thing I need to can, probably right after Thanksgiving. I’m down to 1 pint jar. They are my favorite bean. I hadn’t thought of canning them in broth, though, but I think it sounds delicious. I would love to see how you use them. I put them in soups and often heat them and just serve them as they are. Great video! Happy Thanksgiving! ❤️

Hi Linda. I love your videos. Canning black beans is my next project. By the way, from what I can see the 30% off is not just for the canning list only you have to buy canning lids and rings.. unless I'm missing something🙂

    Question:
Why would it be a problem to process just the broth when you are using the broth for the liquid in the beans? Just wondering why it would be more apt to scorch alone, and not with the beans.
Thank you Linda for your channel.
