As the resident Hungarian, I'm so glad you reviewed G&G! We're not exactly the biggest country so it always blows my mind when I see foreigners using our products hahah. You seemed to like most of their stuff too, which is pretty cool!
As for the products that are still missing from the line-up - as far as I know, they're still developing things (the toner and the face wash are relatively new additions) so I bet we're gonna see an SPF or a moisturiser sooner or later.

I've never heard of them 😅 I just browsed the website and I think it's great how detailed they describe their products. Super clear about the pH balance of each product and i love how they clearly state what it safe and not safe to use during pregnancy (though I'm not pregnant atm I am trying to not buy a lot products that I would have to throw out when it happens)

Hey hun thank you so much and you totally right, highlighting what is pregnancy safe and what isnt is such a good feature of the site and something which I wish more companies would do as it wouldnt take much effort but would make a big difference to a lot of people.. Sending lots of love xx

For azelaic acid serum, u can look at Cosdebaha’s 10% one. It has a good runny texture with excellent formula (aloe base, B3, B5). Great addition to any routines without any need to switch out products.

Thank you so much for this video, I purchased a couple of my very first G&G products last week and I’m already delighted by the results: smoother skin, reduction in blackheads, no breakouts or weird pigmentation. And agree on what you said about the Niacinamide serum, I’ve been using the one from The ordinary for a long time and I started looking for something that doesn’t dry me out, and the B-bomb is not drying at all which I love!

I ordered the Jelly cleanser, Calm Down (the paula's choice BHA is a bit too harsh for me but i still love it for backne), the Apad and the HA 5 rich hehe. I can't wait to try them all, I was absolutely blown away by their ingredients and formulations and I have no idea how I've never heard about it before (thanks random post on reddit). Thank you for addressing the issue with skincare companies not labeling the % of their actives!! As someone with sensitive skin, I have to constantly email to ask and wait around for a reply, it’s so frustrating!! Regardless of sensitive skin, people should know what % of what ingredients they are putting on their face!😤

Formulating a good spf is one of the most demanding processes in skin care. Using most of their products for several months now. They are amazing. Serious brand. I'm sure they are working diligently and scientifically based research before they decide to launch spf. I appreciate professional approach they have. Soooo many high end and You Tube brands failed many times with spf products eager to launch them as to meet the marketing demands. Bravo for professionalism ♥️

I think that their 15% Vitamin C is great. I actually prefer it to the Paula's Choice C15. It's also much cheaper, with virtually the same ingredients as the the Skinceuticals Vitamin C serum. When kept in the fridge, it lasts along time without changing colour, meaning it does not oxidize quickly. Also their Niacinamide is not irritating or tacky like the Ordinary version.

Following your video, i bought the 20% azeclair serum and the smooth out liquid. The azeclair serum is working wonders on my skin tone. The smooth out liquid gave me a tingle the first time i used it, which is unusual for me as i don't have sensitive skin. Price wise the smooth out is actually quite expensive (30 euros for 100 ml). 100 ml doesn't go a long way if you use the product every day... Shipping came to 15 euros which is not dead cheap but they use DHL which means you get your order quickly. So all in all, a thumbs up. Nice review. I love the cleanser, it's the gentlest cleanser i've tried that cleanss oiler skin types, i like the cheer up exfoliating toner, though i wish it had 2% bha, i probably won't repurchase after i finished but it's the first chemical exfoliation that i managed to use constantly without iritation at 2 to 3 days, i like the vitamin c very very light, and the niacinamide lighter then to and it doesn't pill, i also bought the toner too light for me, but it's soothing after the exfoliation, and the apad too viscous for my taste and it doesn't help my skin as other azaleic acid products. I like the brand, it's very accesible and affordable and has nice formulations.

The founder, Judit Rácz is a qualified geek lol - her original Uni diploma was in IT, she interned for Google in Seattle for a bit, then she worked as an IT consultant in Switzerland for a few years. The reason she got into skincare was because she had stubborn acne and in the process of getting rid of it, she kind of fell in love with the industry and then it just went from there. In case you were wondering where the name comes from :)

I would like to ask you for your opinion- regarding the A Game 10. I have been using retinal from Avene - Ystheal- should be ),1 %- not sure though, but I have read somewhere that Retinaldehyde is only effective combined with HA This one from G&G is not. Have you got any suggestions and could you look into that? I have ordered the Avene Retrinal from Amerika.1%, it has many other ingredients besides Retinal, but way too expensive and with shipping costs ... No more. I've been using Cheer Up for over a year now and I just realized I love it so much I want to defend it a bit
It's my goldilocks exfoliator. Calm down felt almost too gentle, and anything with Glycolic and Lactic Acid usually irritates my skin, even the First Aid Beauty Pads which are often recommended as a beginners exfoliator. Cheer Up is effective without being irritating and has really helped my skin texture
You have convinced me to try their cleanser, I've been considering it for a bit now
Overall, I really like G&G as a brand. Their products are well thought through, the customer service is super nice, the website lists research for the ingredients used, percentages and pH levels, their packaging is cute, and prices are reasonable. That's incredibly impressive for a small company. I'm not sure I see myself using only minimalist ingredient products, but within the niche of them, G&G is a solid brand I look at.

Don't mix vitamin C and retinal. A. M. Vitamin C and Niacinamide. P. M. Retinal and no acids with it in the same routine. My longtime dermatologist recommendation. Also, avoid layering more than 2 actives in skin routine. Two is already more than enough. This is due to avoiding compromising the skin barrier
