    I loved this brand overview! I've heard good things about Jelly Joker but not much about the others so this was so nice to learn about the rest of the line up.

    Thanks so much for this great, detailed review of G&G! I enjoy your enthusiasm and honesty :) Did you ever try using B-Bomb directly on bare skin (not diluted in any other product)? If so, did it irritate your skin or anything else bad? Cheers :) All best wishes from the UK ^_^

      @UlrikeScherer  5 місяців тому +1

      It didn't irritate my skin but I didn't use it daily when I tried it without diluting it. I do think 10% is just a bit high of a concentration for most people.

    Hi thank you very much for the excellent review! Loved the detailed review. I do have a question, how do you apply the vitamine c serum? Also can i use it if i have dry to combination skin?

    • @UlrikeScherer
      @UlrikeScherer  Місяць тому

      I apply it right after cleansing in the morning and before any other layers, very sparingly (only around 3 drops) just patted into the face. Any skin type can use this, just make sure you start slowly, 2-3 times a week max to see if you can tolerate the high dosage of Vit C!

    Hi Ulrike, nice Video and thank you for this overview.
    As per your recommendation, i was on their website to have a look and made an order for the Age Smart Set and I'm really curious 🤩

    Help full video. Thanks :)
    What do you mix Bbom with?
    and have you tried any of their creams?
    I bought the c-seum and the retinol from them and you know in all these years they are the only company that has sent an email and asked me how the products have been if I had any problems.
    So nice of them and always helpful.
    And I must add that I have never received products as quickly as when I ordered from them :) even though they are in a completely different country to me.

      Hi, sorry I didn't see your comment until now! I usually mix B-Bomb into my hydrating serum, you can also mix it into a moisturiser. I have a video review of the two new moisturisers, I love Hydration Station!

      @@UlrikeScherer Thank you for the answer :)
      Saw it now when I looked at your channel :)
      Wondering if you take the retinal directly on the skin or do you have a cream and then Retinal Serums?

    Between calm down, cheer up, & smooth out, which one is more suitable for oily dehydrated acne prone skin with hyperpigmentation?

    • @UlrikeScherer
      @UlrikeScherer  Рік тому

      I would say Cheer Up, since it's the best one for oily skin, and Mandelic Acid also helps with hyperpigmentation. I would start carefully with it, say 2ish times per week, to see how it affects your dehydration. And make sure to hydrate really well after using it!

  • @daniela9488

    I feel like cheer up is too weak for me but smooth out was too much 😅. I started noticing that my beloved alcoholic sunscreens were tingling a bit.

    • @UlrikeScherer
      @UlrikeScherer  2 роки тому +1

      Smooth Out definitely is quite strong, I underestimated it at first when I used it years ago! Maybe they need an in-between strength exfoliant!

    Hi again :) Just wondering if you have tried the G&G Mighty Melt? If so, what did you think of it? Many thanks ^_^

    • @UlrikeScherer
      @UlrikeScherer  4 місяці тому +1

      Yes I've tried it and talked about it in a few videos - I THINK it was in the video where I introduce 3 newer cleansing balms where I demonstrate it a little bit. I LOVE Might Melt, it has the best makeup removing power out of any balm I'm currently using.

    I have the stress less and feel that one will be good for me “ do I use moisturizer after that ? Also which of the moisturizer would you prefer from the brand

    • @UlrikeScherer
      @UlrikeScherer  Рік тому

      I personally prefer Hydration Station for my combo skin, but if your skin is more on the dryer side I'd go for Happier Barrier. I have a video review of both if you need a comparison!

    • @lisagardner4814
      @lisagardner4814 Рік тому

      @@UlrikeScherer I actually did see your video on them I don’t think I can use happper barrier because it’s not Malazzia safe , with hydration station did you have any irritation or anything because I tried it on my hand before bed. I fell asleep, and I sleep with my hands in my face and then I had a weird patch of raised skin that was itchy. so now I’m scared use it on my face however, it could’ve been any number of things.

    Could you tell me something about lactic acid? This is kind of off-topic, but I was wondering does lactic acid help with flaky skin

    • @UlrikeScherer
      @UlrikeScherer  Рік тому +3

      Yes it does! I really like The Ordinary 10% Lactic Acid, it made my skin super smooth and helped with flakiness in winter.
