As the resident Hungarian UA-cam skincare crawler, I always love it when someone likes G&G. 💙 Their customer service is stellar, the products are great, and as an added bonus to the Eastern European region (where k-beauty and pharmacy brands are usually very expensive), you can actually buy a lot of their stuff in-store. Pretty good brand!
totally agree!!!! I live in Italy and use G&G from 2021 love everything, never complaint top quality
I love Geek & Gorgeous! I think they are able to keep costs down because, while they have partnered here with Renee, who is a reliable influencer (I do trust her picks), I don't see multi-million dollar ads and commercials. They focus on product rather than advertisements and fake celebrity endorsements. Therefore, they rightfully earned themselves a cult status and following. I hope they make a peptide serum next - one with copper peptides.
I’m a big advocate of all things East European, skincare included. Huge fan of the Polish brand, Pharmaceris but G&G is without a doubt one of the best skincare brands in the world!

A-Game changed my skin! No other product has made an obvious difference like this has, and (perhaps in part because I started by buffering with moisturiser) I had no sensitivity when I started using it. The packaging really sold me on it too because I have a disability that can make me too clumsy for little dropper bottles.
I love G&G’s retinal formulas. I have had no irritation using them, despite dry, rosacea prone mature skin.
Their vitamin C serum is what I’ve used for years. It’s perfection.
Any irritation? Do you think it’s okay for sensitive skin?

i love that you're partnering up with G&G in this video! they are one of my favourite brands. i remember being sceptical about them when i first hear about them years ago, and then you suddenly featured them and i was sold. their A-game 10 is my holy grail nightly neck and eye treatment, and Liquid Hydration has surprisingly become one of my favourite mists. it's so effective and soothing on the skin! cannot wait to try their Mighty Melt once my stock of A-game runs out and i have to place another order with them.
additionally, i find their serums to be very, very cosmetically elegant! even though i have no room in my routine for them any more, i would highly recommend them. most other serums pill on me once i apply SPF and makeup on top, but the ones from G&G never did.
Love their A game 0.1% and vit C serum🥰
Finally found a balm as good as Take The Day Off and much more affordable! Also switched from Avene to AGame love it (and the price)!

The A Game 5 has never irritated my skin and I’ve even started using it on my neck and chest. I also love the cleansers and serums. Great brand. A game 10, C glow, Stress Less are my favourites. Solid moisturizers. (Teens in the house use APAD).

I just found this brand recently & I'm DEFINITELY ordering the prickly pear AHA/BHA toner (my dry, 48 yr old skin LOVES prickly pear). I feel a lot better about ordering from a new to me brand when it has Gothamista's approval ... then I'm all in!
Girl, have you tried products from Slurp Laboratories, yet? Trust me ... If you're serious about skin care, anti aging, formulation, etc this is THE BRAND! I've been using their Hyaluid comprehensive topical youth supplement (it's a serum, not a pill) for years & it's something I cannot live without (& it pairs beautifully with tret).

@@amallibeckham2726 I use a bunch of products that have prickly pear as an ingredient but Whamisa has an excellent cactus range with high % of prickly pear (the serum is amazing!)

I love G&G! I discovered this brand thanks to you during the pandemic and A-game (0.05 and then 0.1) have been my go to retinal serum in rotation with Avene's (pricier but easier to find in a normal drugstore or chemist's). I have been using C glow with no issues whatsoever, i keep it in the fridge and last way more than the 'marketed' 3 months without sign of oxidation. I also use smooth out and their A(azelaic) - pad! The mist to be honest didn't impress me much, Jelly joker is nice but i can easily find alternatives as i don't have a lot of requirements for a cleanser (just for sunscreen)!
Also, at least in Europe the acids come in smaller (30ml) packages that are just 10€ and last forever! Also i love that they list the PAO in their website

Big big recommendation for A-Game 5, gave my combo acne prone skin with PIE better results with no irritation than Adapalene. Plus amazing texture that leaves smooth skin hours upon application and is enjoyable to use, airless packaging and wonderful price. I have no intention chasing other retinal products now i found it, only maybe upgrade to 10 after some time 😊

I just subscribed, because I appreciate your honesty with the retinol. The color on pillow cases with me is not a deal breaker so I might try it next. I just started using the C glow from geek and gorgeous, and it’s an exact dupe from skin cuticles other than the consistency. (I actually love the GNG consistency better) Either way I’m in love with it.
This is a brand I really want to explore, as their formulas seem really effective. Thanks for giving such a nice overview and helping me know which products to zone in on.

I adore this brand! I have very sensitive skin, (rosacea) but I can use their retinaldehyde and Calm Down exfoliant with no issues whatsoever. My skin has really improved!

HELP PLEASE: Many moons ago (7 years in fact), I watched your oily skin care video where you suggested the “ Skin&Lab Dr. Pore Tightening Glacial Clay Facial Mask.” Based on your suggestion l bought it and LOVED it!
The active tingling was delicious and I felt like it was really sucking everything out and felt perfectly decongested and pores were happy. However, it seems it’s no longer available/discontinued.
I started using the Innesfree Volcanic clay mask there after, but while it may work, it’s just not as satisfying. Do you have any recommendations for a good replacement that will still give me that fabulous active tingling that really feels it’s tackling my pores?

I always wonder about the vit c being made every week. I di like it and i can't fault this brand but how do they do it without losing money? Esp at this price.

I LOVE their products! the only thing I am not a fan of is the brand name and packaging! I wish it was less cutesy and felt more like it is for adults rather than kids with the funny names and cartoons haha
