For my own peace of mind I want clean the carbon out of my exhaust manifold so I may as well replace the rocker cover seals and retighten the rockers (coz I think at least one of them is loose) while I'm pulling things apart. These vids have been great for understanding everything else around the things I'll be doing and also seeing how you work as a guide for myself. Thanks mate.

Hi mate following on with bit more information for people learning When your tightening the cam shaft caps , do you have to have the cam shafts on the correct timing positions or can it be done at any timing position Thanx mate
