  • What’s up everybody. In today’s video I will be
    Installing a ReadyLift 3.5” SST Lift Kit on my buddies 2017 Ford F250 Lariat Powerstroke. Overall, this kit was packaged very well, all the parts were quality made, there was a full color installation guide with pictures, the install was pretty easy overall and took me 5-6 hours. With a little trimming to the front bumper he is now able to clear 24x12 wheels and 37x13.5 off-road tires.

    Me again also on the front bumper i used 1/2 in washers and i got some longer bolts from homedepot cheaper than buying a spacer kit, so i spaced the bumper forward and added more washers to the bottom bolt and that thilts your valance just a bit so you dont trim it in a way that its in your face also you can try heating the valance and bending it just a bit for more clearance other than that i loved this video :)

    I installed the same kit on my truck the only thing that dont work is the 4 in tapered block on the rear, that block makes your drive shaft vibrate, because it changes yout pinion angle, and the truck looks kind of leveled but when you look at it from the back it looks squated, so i ordered a 5in square block from pmf and that solved the problem and am happy now with the way it came out, well exept that when you order the block i failed to order a shim that lets you move the block bqck and forth so you can center the wheels on the fender if you guys go with that i suggest you get it, also i spaced the bumper forward and trim the fender a bit nothing crazy but i was able to fit 35x13.5r22 tires on 22x14 - 76 on there also you will need longer U bolts those i cant remember the company i order them from but i order them a bit longer in case i want to run traction bars down the road

      Depends on the tire size. These tires were 37x13.5.

    how do you rotate the axle to get the front top bolt of the radius arm back in

      never mind, 3 hours after commenting my question i realized by rotating axle you in fact did not mean rolling the axle 🤦‍♂️ rolled it a tad an it slipped off the jack an hit the concrete

      @DieselLegiance  3 місяці тому

      It should…as long as it’s an F250/F350

      So a 6in shoukd clear 26x14 on 38s huh?

    • @DieselLegiance
      @DieselLegiance  4 місяці тому +1

      It’s gonna be tight and require some trimming of the front bumper (cutting the corner on an angle) for clearance at full turn and bending some wheel well metal a little at the back of the front wheel for clearance but it’s possible.
