Don't do this if you want to lose flavor. It's blasphemy. Just draining the tomatoes by themselves is fine.
@@TheNunakun I don't know if that's true. At several restaurants I've worked at, when we've made pico or bruschetta or anything that needed diced tomatoes, we would scrape out the juicy flesh and the seeds with a spoon and then dice it for use. It tastes exactly how the center tastes, but just not with all the juice and seeds, which make everything messy and sloppy. I personally don't mind the juice though and can eat a tomato like an apple.
TheNunakun Wrong any chef can tell you the tomato inside is only water and ruins the consistency of many foods it
Tomato seeds hav health benefits so adding whole of tomato would do good but then again people r picky even with unhealthy fast food..its a lose-lose situation at the end of the day i guess 😌😔
You also loose the aroma of the tomato. For a good Bruchetta, this is a sin.

At least they removed the pizza with most of the oil still in the pan. Plus pizza dough already has quite a bit of oil in it when it's made

2. Why are you adding gallons of oil onto the pizza? Is this deep fried pizza?

Great pizza video however, slicing up the pizza slice in even more little slices 12:44 was a waste of a good slice, would still eat it, just saying, other than that the big pizza in the end with all these different toppings was looking delicious.
