They said that the Mikrotik device I bought from ebay wanted a license and they couldn't send it abroad. The device I bought for 50 dollars was 150 dollars. I immediately owe an extra 10.50 dollars and 30 dollars with a 2 month premium membership. When I send this money, I do not believe that they will send the package to the American address. I live in Botswana and I found out about myUS from your channel and my personal experience using it was horrible
I bought items which was makeup and I was told they are flammable and can’t be shipped to my country but main reason I used myUS is because I wanted to buy from more than one store using me premium membership but the actual site I bought from delivers straight to Botswana (which now I wish I could have done ) because things I bought are now in the US and I have no other option to ship them here in .I couldn’t return them to the merchant because I purchased them on sale

@@uriii5930 i ship makeup to my country in Europe via MyUS. For some types of makeup you do have to pay a dangerous good fee because they're flammable. But you always have to check first if your country accepts dangerous goods shipments.

Hey, man. It's me again.😊 I bought stuff, UPS sent it to MyUS address with proof but it wasn't showing in my account. I tracked it down to MyUS and they've acknowledge having received it but it's still not showing as, "READY TO SEND" in MyUS account for me to pay for it and have it shipped to my South African address. What do I do now? Do I wait for them to log it first in my account before having it shipped down to me? My package has long passed their "72 hours" delivery policy as UPS sent my package to them on the 11th December 2023. It's the 19th now and still no action. Is there a way around this? If you pay you duties and taxes trough myus you won’t pay a second time. Yes I advise buying phones on Amazon that are not available in Africa, or that are at better overall price.

Good day, I wanna know how custom duty is calculated coz I bought a Macbook Air for N$2700 "NAD" and paid MyUS approximately N$1210 to ship out to Namibia with DHL and when it arrived I was told I had an outstanding amount of N$1016.39 for custon clearance and when I asked DHL on why I'm paying that amount they said VAT is at 15% until know I'm confused on how I paid 1K twice like for the MyUS shipping I understand but for the 15% VAT I don't really get it feel like I have been scammed. When I tried it did not work, they cancelled the order after a few days siting they do ship mobile devices to forwarding agents, so I had it sent to a friend first, then she sent out to Myus

@@nostylistethan yes bro, the package arrived very well, one or two days later i got an update and since then i use MyUs with some frequency. When your tracking number says that your package arrived usually takes 48 hours to get an update on or suite. I strongly recommend MyUs

This is hard to follow. So are you paying for the complete order on the MyUS app or do you pay for your amazon order separately through Amazon and then pay MyUS for the shipping charges?

So if you go onto Home Depot or Amazon's webpage and order 3 coffee makers and a toaster and the total comes out to $405.99 as a example, you are saying that you pay MyUS the $405.99 for the products and then you pay for shipping on top of that? If that is the case my next question is, how does Home Depot or Amazon know they are going to get paid for the product that you ordered and have sent to you MyUS address?

I have learned patience with my experience with MyUs, since 28/5/22, I'm still waiting for my goods even though I used budget express which should take only 4-9days.
The bad thing is I'm being directed to contact a courier company to figure out how to get my goods all by myself and this happen only when I contacted MyUs support for the delay.😔😔😔
For now, I can't recommend them.

What happened
So I bought the first MEG book on amazon. And I told myself that I am NOT spending more than R200 on a Book. This is a book from 1997 after all, good luck finding it in SA.
So I used the adress myUS gave me, and I saved R400 on shipping. So I was, that's great!
The package arrived at the adress in USA. Now here's the part this dude doesn't show you...
MyUs is Asking me 28 dollars to ship to south africa......so What's the point of using myus if they are going to ask the same as amazon for shipping.
Should have known it sounded too good to be true
1. I do show every step and costs
2. I use Myus when the place doesn’t ship to South or if I’m consolidating packages, something I mentioned in most of my videos on the matter.
3. If you can’t afford to pay 28$ then you are not the target market you’re welcome to try other companies next time.
