Hi , I've ordered from backmarket and used MyUs as my shipping agent ... Now my goods is currently in Cape Town but FedEx has emailed me saying that i need to first apply for a permit to import goods since they are used ....
How come you never talked or mentioned this part of the process ?cause now im struggling to get one plus I'll have to wait another week or more until i get a permit so that my goods can be dispatched.

You don’t need a permit if you bought a single phone. Give them your id number

My package has arrived to Sarasota Fl, and it hasn´t been logged into my suite, I´ve talked to some agents and they just keep telling me to wait some a few more days, but the stablished date for uploading packages has ended. I´ve seen a lot of customers having this same issue and hasn´t been solved. Customer service isn´t helpful at all.

@@usmanjs7621 yes, but it was the worst experience ever…when it finally was logged into my suite (about a week after it arrived to their facilities) I paid 160dlls, for express delivery and insurance. They open and dived my package in to two packages with the same tracking number for both. These become into a lot of trouble for the delivery company (DHL) because packages got lost twice in each city they pass through. I received my items more than a month later and both of DHL and MyUs wash their hands for their responsibility. Never using their service again for sure

Hi, PMHK thank you so much for opening this informative channel,can you please assist me i have placed the order from backmarket using Myus link from your channel. I used aramex for shippment now my order is with Aramex so now they say before my shipment can move i must pay customs clearance charges of R1013 and i have already paid aramex for shippment from myUs account. Or it didn't include the customer clearance charges??
